There is also an exception for travelers with the following visas: A-1, A-2, C-1, C-1/D, C-2, C-3, CR-1, CR-2, D, E-1 (as an employee of TECRO or TECO or the employee's immediate family members), G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, IR-1, IR-4, IH-4, NATO-1 through NATO-4, or NATO-6 visa;
Members of the US Armed Forces, spouses, and children of members of the US Armed Forces;
Travelers with invitation of the USA government for a purpose related to the containment/mitigation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19);
Travelers with documents issued by the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, or US Department of State indicating that the traveler is exempt from the restriction;
B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.
Travelers who did not get tested, are advised to stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.

The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again."

Subsequently, we arrived in Washington DC with only a few minutes before our next flight Albany was scheduled to leave. Because we had to do check our carry-on bags, we were 5 minutes later to the gait where the airline refused to wait for us to board although another passenger who did not have to wait for her bag was able to board the flight Albany. We therefore had to take a shuttle to Reagan international Airport, fly on a different airline to Hartford Connecticut, rent a car and drive 2 hours to finally reach our destination in Albany."

Cons: "Why do you make the flight attendants sell credit cards? It’s a cheap and tacky rip-off, much like your flights. I when I checked my luggage, the attendant charged me more ($50) than the self check-in luggage price listed ($45). They moved the gate (from 15 to 14), put us in a different plane with plenty of extra seats and area for baggage (and many people stowed their carry-on for free!) The plane was late leaving because ‘paper work hadn’t been filed’- and the plane was late coming back because there was something wrong with opening the gate. Also the flight attendents share tips?!?! What racket are you putting these poor woman up to?"

The same thing happened the next night with Frontier saying the soonest flight to Denver would be on Dec 24 . She was traveling with her family to see her sister , in Denver , give birth to her first baby .Besides your Frontier agent was screaming at the customers . Frontier ought to be embarassed .The reason Frontier cancelled two days in a row was lack of Frontier employees in Denver which caused a luggage snafu ."

My carry on fit into the "personal item" box which meant that I wouldn't have to pay for a carry on, but they laughed and said that I would still have to pay This was not made clear anywhere during the purchasing process and represented a 35% increase in the fare at the gate. I was furious and I wil never fly frontier again."

Pros: "The seats on this flight were barely big enough to sit in. The fold down table, if you call it that, was nothing but a small piece of metal roughly 5 x 8. I did not like the fact that we could not choose the seats while booking the flight. I had to take a chance that my wife and I would not be together for the flight."

Cons: "Since I missed my flight. We arrived the new York at almost 1am that's why I missed my ride and I had to take the cup and it cost a lot of money for me. t was my first time being in New York I was so nervous to arrived at 1 am."

Cons: "I arrived at Austin airport one hour before my flight and no one was at the Frontier counter to help with a boarding pass and check my bag in. I had no choice but to miss my flight and they wouldn't give me a refund and basically told me it was my fault because I didn't arrive two hours prior to boarding? The Lady at the Delta counter told me no one had been at the Frontier counter for over an hour! So I recommend anyone spend the extra money and avoid this airline like the plague. Terrible terrible terrible!"

Cons: "the flight was delayed and then cancelled for equipment. no one from frontier addressed any passengers at the gate until after the flight crew had mentioned the cracked windshield and "what the hell are we going to do for 24 hours." eventually, after an hour and a half, the unhelpful staff gave out pre-printed snips of paper with outdated instructions on who to call and how to rebook or ask for a refund. after a fifteen minute phone call they said they'd cancel payment and that it would take 5-7 days, so I had to cancel my trip."

Cons: "It was a terrible experience in my life. A Frontier female worker who was working at O'Hare international airport between 4pm and 5pm was really rude. There was a problem in my barcode so I asked how I could solve the problem. When I first went there, she said "no" and she started to ignore me by not answering. I almost missed the flight. And when I went there twice, the woman hided under the counter after seeing me. I was shocked. The worker at Frontier was never professional and acted like a child. The service was terrible. I would feel okay if she could try to help me not to miss the flight. Instead, she had no willing to help me, and sneered me. I missed the flight so I had to buy a new flight ticket. I'll NEVER use Frontier anymore, and I'll recommend to people not to take Frontier. Workers' service is the representative of the company, and she was terrible."
