Smooth flight, love the entertainment options on that flight. Flight attendant Harris my sense of humor. Everything is clean. Keep it up
I loved the hospitality of the crew, they were a great crew. What I didn’t like was how the airport I was going to be in for a layover closed down due to it raining in the area. I missed my connecting flight, and got put on a flight that departed 8 hours from the time I arrived to the airport. I also have no news on where my luggage is.
Cons: "It was the most mediocre flight I've taken in a long time. And I still had to pay $100 for an exit row instead of a regular seat. Really? $100 for no recline, no underseat storage, and nothing more than cliff bars and goldfish crackers? Delta.... You can do way better"
Cons: "I didn't flight because I was tested Covid-19 positive ! I am waiting for AeroMexico to contact me to get and flight back to Minneapolis !"

Cons: "My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again."

Pros: "I needed extra space because of my pregnancy, but didn't realize I couldn't upgrade my seat online or at check in. I was advised to tell the Boarding attendants I needed extra space and they promptly changed my seat and let me preboard. I'm so grateful and I had a wonderful flight back home. I was also very sick, so it was a relief knowing I could rest comfortably before arriving home to my children."

Pros: "I got to board early because I volunteered to check my carry-on. Very friendly flight attendants. Love flying delta. They are always consistent and the movies they offer with the gogo in-flight app are always updated and recently released popular movies."
Cons: "I was flying standby. I checked the list on line and my name was number 5. I get to the gate and there’s just a handful of customers. The agent said there was enough seats for the standbys I wait and wait for my name to be called but no luck. My name wasn’t cleared yet. Finally I was the next to last one to get a seat. The gate agent who didn’t ask for my name tells me I was all the down at the bottom of the list. While I am glad that I got on I wish I knew what method is use to get your name on the stand by list?"

Pros: "Cornell and Dorothy and the other flight attendants were the BEST! Cornell actually welcomed each passenger as they came onboard. Dorothy modeled the emergency info in such a graceful way... that you chose to pay attention because she made you feel secure. My colleagues and I have all agreed to fly Delta again ( specifically the Atlanta/ Milwaukee flight) Because of these courteous, caring, and professional people!"

Pros: "The staff onboard was friendly and attentive. They made every effort to make sure I had whatever I wanted. Boarding was quick and easy. The onbaord entertainment system had a large selection and I was never without something worth watching."
Cons: "The first class accommodation isn't as good as advertised. The seat is supposed to completely recline allowing you to sleep. Unfortunately if you're 6 foot or taller there isn't enough room. Other airlines like Emirates gives you more room in their business class so it's disappointing to see United 1st class is so cramped. The screens for the onboard entertainment system in first class are lower quality then those used in coach."
Pros: "I had 45 minutes to transfer planes in Atlanta and made it in plenty of time even though it was far. plenty of information given regarding incoming flight and departure. Boarding was also easy."
Cons: "The engine noise in the plane was so loud I couldn't watch a movie. My gluten free meal was awful and tasteless. I would have preferred yogurt and fruit instead of the chicken and vegetables with a rice cake."

Cons: "Boarding class and queuing for boarding is always a clusterf***. People will crowd the gate and board with the wrong class and that creates anxiety and leads to edginess. If a system could be worked out and enforced that would help."
Everything went well. Good crew
Flight was delayed by one hour, then another 1/2 hour then cancelled and changed till the next day. We were not allowed to get our luggage & put up in a dirty hotel. I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I finally arrived home…i noticed the airline had damaged the zipper on my suitcase. An awful awful trip thanks to American Airlines.

No electrical charging capability unless you carry a car adapter with you. Overhead space was tiny. At least they had headrests, which is weird since the seats are obviously 30+ years old. Business class and first have been upgraded with new features."

If you serve customers from all walks of life including Hindus, vegetarians, Islam, Judaism, it should be expected that the flight attendant know if that is turkey or ham. Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 3 hours due to the incoming aircraft, but nobody at the gate or onboard offered any explanation or even acknowledged the delay. The aircraft did not handle turbulence well at all... one of roughest flights in recent memory despite avoiding weather. Wifi had weak signal (on a 70-person jet!) and the streaming entertainment did not work the entire time... it either did not load or I got an error message."
Cons: "Baggage was damaged, which required a claim to be submitted. Company policy requires me to take the damaged baggage home, empty it, and return it to the airport. The airport is 1-1/2 hours from my house. They inconvenience me by handling my baggage like an ape and then continue to inconvenience me by requiring me to go way out of my way to get it repaired. American Airlines apparently does not understand what customer service means."

We left 2.5 hours late due to "weather" (not because there are too many goddamn seats on the plane.) Then, before landing, we were asked to stay in our seats so people who are late for connections can get off first. Seems reasonable. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A GATE FOR US WHEN WE LANDED! The captain said 20 minutes til we can get a gate, but he'll try to get it sooner. He apparently didn't succeed, because it was 45 minutes (!!) before we got to the gate! As a result, 3 hours 15 minutes late. Officially this is "due to weather." Sure."

Cons: "The flight on the way west was awful. It left Albany almost two hours late making me miss my connection to LA. At Newark airport the next two flights were overbooked so United put me up in a hotell The next morning the first two flights were overbooked but they put me on the third flight. That was supposed to come into LAX a half hour early but a passenger became very ill so they landed in Des Moines for the medical emergency. I realize that wasn't United's fault, but I don't think it should have taken so long to take off, and we were well over an hour late upon arrival."

Cons: "I already knew I was going to pay $200 to ship my boards back home (I wonder if golf clubs which are roughly the same size cost as much,) but when pre-purchasing through the app for an "oversized" bag you have to put a "one" in the checked bag and a "one" in the oversized bag even though they're the same bag, but then they charge you for two, and when you tell the check-in person that you only have one bag of course they can't issue a refund. No, they tell you that you get to call customer service when you return home."

Subsequently, we arrived in Washington DC with only a few minutes before our next flight Albany was scheduled to leave. Because we had to do check our carry-on bags, we were 5 minutes later to the gait where the airline refused to wait for us to board although another passenger who did not have to wait for her bag was able to board the flight Albany. We therefore had to take a shuttle to Reagan international Airport, fly on a different airline to Hartford Connecticut, rent a car and drive 2 hours to finally reach our destination in Albany."

Cons: "Both flights were INCREDIBLY delayed. First, the flight from San Jose was delayed 1.5 hours because they were "waiting for the aircraft." After everybody finally boarded the plane an announcement was made that somehow the luggage crew had damaged the cargo hold, and that everybody would have to deplane. It would take 45 minutes for maintenance crew to arrive to assess the situation. People got up, got their luggage out of the overhead bins, and started moving to the front of the plane. The pilot then came back on the intercom and told everyone they would have to return to their seats. Roughly an hour later we finally took off. It would have been the decent thing to do to AT LEAST offer the passengers something (i.e. comp drinks or snacks), but the cheapskates at United DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. Multiple people missed their connections. Fast forward to IAH--> SAT. Another late flight. This time, everybody boarded the plane only to be informed that due to a problem with the plane's computer everybody would have to sit on the plane while they "rebooted" its computers. This was done TWICE. UNITED AIRLINES, GET IT TOGETHER. There is a very good reason you are consistently ranked one of the WORST US-flagged carriers, which makes you one of the MOST HATED AIRLINES ON THE PLANET. I really and truly pray that the US airlines and their lobbyists lose their battle to prevent foreign flagged carriers from operating within the US, because you all deserve to go bankrupt."

Cons: "The service, entertainment, boarding, comfort, and crew haven't changed at all ever since I've flown with united. The crew just seemed to be there to get their pay checks not serve the customers."

I get bad weather, I wouldn't want to go up in a plane in a thunderstorm regardless of the circumstances....but I spent almost a day getting to my destination that should of only taken9 hours tops. Delay upon delay, arriving right when my next flight was leaving. Very rude staff, I saw an attendant yell at a mom and daughter like she was their mom. Non-apologetic to anyone. Their goal is to shove you in the plane and shove you out. Are they safe airline? Yes, they will get you to where you need to be...but not before they make your life hell. I don't normally do reviews on anything, but United still has me frustrated even a week later. I almost forgot, they did give $20 to eat. Do you know how expensive airport food is?"

After being delayed from 1:42 departure to 5:15 I flew to Albany from Fort Lauderdale on Southwest airline. On time. An excellent experience.
They could have had kiosks for bag tags ! Made us wait in a long line for bag drop off

Cons: "I bought two return tickets from Orlando to Albany. Wed,March 6 and Sat, March 9. The 3/6 was cancelled. I was never informed. After 3am trip to the airport, I had to pay an additional $300 for a fligt with a different vendor. Offered $88 refund. I will Never fly Frontier again."

I when I checked my luggage, the attendant charged me more ($50) than the self check-in luggage price listed ($45). They moved the gate (from 15 to 14), put us in a different plane with plenty of extra seats and area for baggage (and many people stowed their carry-on for free!) The plane was late leaving because ‘paper work hadn’t been filed’- and the plane was late coming back because there was something wrong with opening the gate. Pros: "Orderly boarding; very friendly flight attendants who REALLY know their craft. Shortly after takeoff there was a medical energency that they handled with expertise and caring as well as authority. The lead flight attendant and her staff worked together like a well oiled machine. this is our first time flying Frontier and it was an excellent experience. We’lll be back! Oh yea, coffee was great, not that awful strong Starbucks stuff."

Cons: "I was traveling with a friend and the morning of our flight to return home we got an email saying that they had to switch to a smaller aircraft and that not everyone would get a seat. When we arrived they said the people that checked in the earlier would get seats and the ones that were towards the last to check in did not have seats. They told us that they would give us a $500 voucher to could only be used with Frontier flights and that we can get on their next flight 6 DAYS LATER. Also the voucher has to be used only on one trip and can not be put towards luggage or anything else. They would not compensate us for stay or food for that week. Which meant that we would spend more money by staying. They had rude employees that’s made it sound like it was our fault that we did not check in before everyone else. It should not matter when I check in when I have already bought a seat and shoes up on time. We were 2 out of 17 people that were not given seats. They then said that we should just rent a car and drive 13 hours home. I seriously would not recommend booking with this airline."

The feeling of cattle being herded into a slaughterhouse. The lack of friendliness with the RDU and MCO gate/ticket counter agents. The cost of having to pay $12 to ensure I sit beside my 5 year old son on the flight. Besides a free seat belt, having to pay for everything else under the sun. Surprised AC was free. Not even an in-flight magazine or barf bag. Which is exactly what I feel like doing after giving you my money......"

Cons: "The 3 hour delay and continued to have to pay extra for food, carry on, etc. No apology for the delay. I don't know why I bother to show up on time for frontier flights. I've not had one leave on time."
Pros: "Best Frontier experience I've had in a long time. Everything was very good and despite a delay getting the plane to the gate in Chicago, we were able to make up almost all of the time!"

Cons: "They nickle and dime you for every little thing. Airlines in general are not very accommodating when it comes to people like me who are above average in height. Frontier fails at this more so than others because they expect 50 dollars from me so I can get a seat that I'd be comfortable in. I could understand the upcharge if I were of average height and I just wanted a little bit of extra leg room. However that is not the case and I was stuck in a seat clearly not made with men and women who are above average height in mind. Even with my back all the way up against my seat, my knees were still pressed against the seat in front of me on a 4 hour flight."

Cons: "Frontier's advertising and pricing structure is dishonest, bordering on criminal. They charge you for literally everything, with fees on top of fees. The advertised price is much lower than the actual price, because you must pay to select a seat (no added value compared to other airlines), bring a carry on bag (no added value), or for small refreshments on the plane. I will not fly with this airline again unless they are the only option."

Cons: "The line to checkin for flight was very long (not enough employees). We were told to go to Gate 20, then told to go to another gate along with two other flights. Waited for hours with no information as to what the problem was or when the flight would leave (same for other two fights). There were no Frontier employees in the terminal to be found to ask. It was all very unorganized! Finally one employee made an anouncement that we had no flight crew. Again waited in line for hour and half to talk to the one employee working the desk. Then waited almost two hours for bag at baggage claim. Still did not get luggage. Had to pay to stay in hotel and book flight on United the next day. When I tried to ask a Frontier employ the next morning where I should go to find luggage he was extremely rude and said I had to wait in line with a bunch of other people trying to check in and others that were on a flight that was just cancelled. There is not baggage offfice like other airlines have - they are too cheap!!. Their fairs are cheep but they nickle and dime you to death with baggage fees and seating feas, seats are cramped and uncomfortable, employees (the few they have) are rude. I think the airline is extremely cheap, unorganized and pathetic. By the way, i filed a claim on my luggage on line as directed by the recording you get when you call (because there is no one to talk to) and now received an email that I need to file claim with the baggage office at the airport. What baggage office??????"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 times and the gate attendants all left so we couldn't get any updates. Delays were blamed on weather, even though all other airlines were flying, so there were no accommodations made for customers. Plane is cramped with minimal, uncomfortable seats that do not recline. The cost of baggage, including fees for carry on, make it just as expensive as other airlines in the end. Terrible experience."

Cons: "I showed up 35 minutes before my flight and they wouldn't let me get a boarding pass. I was late because my friend I was with got off military duty later than he thought he would. I won't be flying frontier ever again. Also, they wouldn't refund any of my $200 ticket, and the only consolation was another $100 fee and they could get me on a flight the next day. I'm driving 22 hours straight through the night right now."

Cons: "I don't like that they charge for everything. Seat assignment for two people traveling together, carry-on luggage and checked bags (note that checked is actually cheaper). They don't have gluten free food. In Madison, at a certain point there are no staff at the ticketing counter. They are at the gate and cannot help you."

Cons: "The seats are too crowded, even for a person who is only 5; 4" tall like I am. They were hard and uncomfortable. I don't like having to pay for everything--including extra money to get a seat. The flight was late getting into Orange County. Then Frontier lost my bag. It was not until the next day that they brought my bag to me the next day. Thankfully Frontier waived my bag fee. I won't fly Frontier again just like I'll never fly Spirit again, and I've recommended that my family not fly Frontier. We will fly either Southwest (the best), or United."

Cons: "9 hour delay, uncomfortable seat/didn't recline. Crew was unhelpful and didn't give us straight info about delay. Sat on plane 3 hrs then had to get off. Reboarded 2 hrs later and still had to sit back on plane for 2 more hours before take off. Terrible experience."
