Cons: "My first flight was delayed so I had to run 10mins non stop to my connecting flight to HNL. When I get to my flight they changed my seat to a middle seat. I don’t book a flight unless I have a window seat, so I asked them to change it back to a window seat. They were unable to but offered me a flight the next day, which is unacceptable. Then I arrive to my destination and I have no luggage. I was able to make my connecting flight but somehow my luggage was not. When I inquired about my lost luggage I was told to check baggage claim later tonight. No clear answer on how to get my luggage."

Cons: "I remember reading that Aeroflot in Russia has better customer service than United Air Lines. Well, it was on full display today on our flight from LAX to Kona repleat with the veteran battle ax barking orders at passengers; “The Bathroom is by the blue curtaaaaaaiiiins!!!!!’ Poor victim seemed utterly humiliated. Seating is cramped, seats narrow and unsupportive and the old 757’s (c. 1997) entertainment system is ancient...the touch screens seemed unresponsive, but were in fact just slow...as 5-7 seconds would elapse between touching the screen and the command being implemented. A full re-boot was ordered about 30-45 minutes into the flight. As expected, there were some bumps in the air, but we welcommed them because it required the crew to sit down, freeing us of their ultra passive agressiveness."

Those are the people they should be making check their “carry-one.” And then be rude about it on top of that."

Seriously..???. These airlines are n need of a real policy that lets them know it is money we are expending when we take a flight. And taking the carry-on bag. AFTER YOU PAID TO HABE IT WITH YOU?? Unacceptable. And not seating people together after you call and re call and talk to 3 different persons... The last one just says: I will see what can be done and then ignores you... Not NICE. Please remember that many airlines have come and go. Those are some of the reasons."
Pros: "A very tall, male, flight attendant very wonderfully took me almost all the way from one end of the horseshoe to the other. I didn't catch his name but he was SO helpful."

Cons: "The boarding process was a nightmare there were 4 flights boarding at the same time from gate 57-61. People were coming in line from every direction and it took forever to walk a few feet to get my boarding pass scanned. Then about 1hr into flight it's was freezing in the front of the plane, I was in row 5 and the only solution given to several of those who inquired about it was to "take a walk to the back, it's warmer back there". We were dressed for the winter up front and people in the back were comfortable. It was ridiculous. Mind you this was a tiny plane 1 seat on the right and 2 on the left so not a lot of room to stand and move around."

However, there was no restriction or clause listed on the ticket stating that I had to cancel through priceline also. It really should not matter who I cancelled through, if I canceled within 24hrs the refund should be given. Also, the debits from my account said United as well as priceline taking me to United's web page to make the purchase. So of course one would think cancelling through United's site is appropriate. I'm very disappointed in United and will consider all other options (Airlines) before booking with them again. PS - United customer gave me the run around for 3 days knowing that it was their policy and they were the company who's keeping my money. Absolutely ridiculous."

Pros: "My flight from MIA to DIA was delayed two hours due to not having a crew. Not sure how that happened, but it was very disorganized. Crew issues happen, but what happened with entertainment? Three days earlier when flying to MIA, my United app had a great, large movie selection, so I picked one movie to watch and thought I would save the movie I really wanted to watch for my return flight. However, my return/very delayed flight had two movie options. It's the united app, why did one day have 50 movies and the second flight have two?? Shouldnt it be the same across the board? My best friends wedding and Night at the Museum 3 are not good options of entertainment."

Would have preferred to have been given a more definitive timeline rather than continual 10-15 minute late notices. In any event it was a comfortable flight with professional staff."

Cons: "I told the checkin agent that I would need a wheelchair at the Denver and OHare airports. I told the flight attendant on both flights. I would need a wheelchair at arrival. No wheelchairs for me. At Dwnver they were able to find one for me but with no one to push me. Eventually the pilot who flew us to Denver stepped in and got me to my connecting flight gate, bless his heart. At OHare no wheelchairs for anyone who had requested one. Complete chaos. I finally had to walk to my connecting flight from terminal C to terminal B. Very exhausting for someone with cancer who is exhausted most of the time. Your wheelchair service is completely ineffective, disappointing and a cruel joke."

Cons: "The pane was 2 hours delayed due tom problem at airport. While we sat on the plane for 2 hours in old uncomfortable seats (5pm - 7pm) we were not offered refreshments or snacks. When the flight finally took off and they got to us after 9pm, they had ran out of food. Lastly, this plan was made for short flights. No one should be asked to sit in those seats for 7 hours."

Cons: "I went on this trip as an veterinary humanitarian out reach. I was also guardian to one high school student so that she might have an experience of such to guild her future. Her flight was missed booked to leave after mine, I attempted to rebook my flight with Luthansia but they would not let me me even partial rebook. I attempted a number of times to rebook the flight but their solution was extreme financial gain for them when more reasonable alternative could have been arranged. They canceled my entire return flight and left me stranded. I had to piece together a return flight on a shoe string budget. Thankfully American Airlines was understanding for it appears Luthansia and United are not."

Cons: "None of the entertainment units worked in my entire section, about 19 rows all together. I was not able to access the light or call function. These should be separated from the media units and should be functional at all times regardless of technical issues. Food choices were interesting. The barley salad was quite strange. I would take that off the menu, if possible. It was quite inedible. Flavor profile was not good."
Cons: "The only complaint is to have to pay for the TV. I feel it should be part of the service. On the way going to Punta Cana the flight attendant gave it to us for free and that was very nice as it made the trip seem to go by faster. Other then that everything was wonderful."
