The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.

I was not allowed to upgrade with miles whereas others were. That’s a pity
I have a very good experience flighting with emirates. All my expectations were fit well.

More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
We waited over an hour to check our bags in and get boarding passes. We arrived 2 and 1/2 hours before the flight, and it was still very slow. That crew was very friendly and very helpful
Emirates is good airlines. But there plane seats were very small and congested. Need to little good and big seats in economy class.
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...
Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.
Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it
KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.
The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ
The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.
Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.
Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag

Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.
The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.
This time I was very unsatisfied, due to the tickets, been overbooked from Zürich to Budapest for my children. All four of us had to get a defender out and arrive to put up past nine hours later than originally participated. They did give us different ticket in Miami however, if I would’ve seen this ticket on the Internet I would have never purchased it. We took this because we had no choice. At the airport in Miami during check-in, we were informed that my children’s tickets were sold to someone else and their tickets were canceled. They basically give us no choice but to go with booking.
I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.
The chair is narrow and very uncomfortable. There is no privacy as you advertised.
Flight from London was delayed and we had to hurry up to catch the connecting flight to Riyadh
The crew were outstandingly kind and cheerful. We carried our cat and they offered help.
Late departure. No announcements. Boarding was a disaster. Some kind of technical issue scanning boarding passes.
Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.
Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable
It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality
All good but air not give the pasing er any food even glase of water
Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.
I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁
The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again
