The flight left on time and landed early. The attendants were polite and friendly. Thank you

Efficient and fast check in, courteous staff at counter and on board. On time departure and arrival. AIR ASIA is my favorite international thailand carrier for reasonable cost and excellent customer service!

Delayed us three times, changed gates twice, and then tried to charge for food on the plane.

Not good in terms of amenities. For over 6 hours they don’t even provide complementary drinks or snacks-forget about dinner or lunch.

Air Asia just dreadfull. Always poorest customer service and very unwelcoming staff which is clearly bread in from the Top down from the CEO

Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

Other than the bus wait time to off board passenger when we reached Don Muang, everything else was excellent

First the flight delayed 1 hour ND then when we suppose to landing the pilot decided not to land at the chiang Mai Airport but the chiang rai airport

We can’t catch the flight from hangzhou to shenzhen because the flight was delayed (JD386) it’s been too late when we arrived in shenzhen. I can’t believe this is my first time to experience this, Since my first round-trip international flight in 2008. Very not satisfied. I didn't expect there would be a delay I will try my best not to choose Beijing Capital Airlines in the future.
