extremely tight seats. seating next to a large person makes the space very uncomfortable. The crew is not very friendly either.
The flight was 3 hours and 40 minutes late. The communication around the delays was awful. I fly this route regularly and it is always late. I don't understand it. The flight attendants were not friendly and were generally loud. This was an overall bad look for American Airlines.
Very Good in general. Serving attitude are very good. Just a suggestion: There 2 things can be improved: 1. The flight attendants can lower the voices when they talked in the serving station. Sometimes they talked loud and we could hear clearly what they said about the passengers. 2. Please don’t throw the utensils and plates it’s too loud and noisy. They broke the glasses and plates sometimes at the business class. These all could be done in a gentle way. Just some small observations. Thanks.
Flight was delayed a couple of times. Which is annoying, but manageable.
This trip on American was the WORST I have ever experienced. The plan was LATE taking off from Tucson due to mechanical issues. It caused me to arrive late in Dallas, so I tried to move flights so I would not miss my dinner meeting. First attempt, that flight was delayed, Second attempt, that flight was also delayed. Got back on original flight, the mechanical issue was NOT fixed, so we de-planed and had to find the new gate. Overall, was which was 4 hours delayed and missed the dinner meeting. Friday return, flight from Orlando was on time and landed early. Then the next flight was delayed due to crew coming in late, and them waiting on other passengers. After 90 minutes of delay, we boarded, and then were informed the Fist Officer could not fly due to time constraints. At 12:15 AM we were offered a hotel for a 4:20 boarding flight. Not happening. DFW was COLD and no place to sleep. Plane delayed again to 6:50, but was late taking off AGAIN. Finally landed in Tucson at around 8AM. Should be refunded 75% of the ticket costs due to negligence, nothing more.
American eagle and American Airlines are bad, cancelations, delays and no customer service
Three terminal changes in DFW and once again a flight that was delayed. On time departures are rare with American. Not loving my experience lately. I fly every week.
We had bad delays and waited for hours on end, we did receive a 12 dollar coupon to use in the airport though. Oh wait, we got that on the plane so we couldn't even use it. I truly never want to fly American ever again.
Flight DFW > CVG was delayed with late notice. My flight into DFW from CVG (previous) was delayed by multiple hours with very poor communication & advance notice. And having the flight attendants announce the credit card during the flight when I can't opt felt very insulting and cheap. I already paid you for the flight, you shouldn't be able to take my time and attention hostage for further advertising.
It was freezing in the cabin. That's on me to be better prepared in the future.
