Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.

The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.

Delayed and WIFI was not working for most of flight.

I am generally an American Airlines loyalist but this flight was not good. I was seated in an aisle seat and the gentleman in front of my had his seat fully reclined which made it impossible to work on my laptop, eat or drink.. The gentleman in the middle seat was watching something on his phone without headphones.

Disorganized boarding. Mandatory to gate check bags. Curt flight staff. No space for cabin bag, even when I was in first class.

The captain announced to the cabin there would be a delay because they observed a "cut" on a tire during precheck that needed to be cleared by maintenance. We were delayed during this inspection and allowed to proceed after maintenance "measured the cut and decided it was acceptable". My complaint is not about the delay or due diligence. I wish the captain had been more generic when making his announcement. I was a nervous wreck all the way to Charlotte worried that we would have a blowout when landing!

Like all of the flights I took to get down to Dallas. They were delayed

They are still charging me after taking 466 and 833 for round trip from AR to to Bradley airport from 19 to 21. Then poor experience. Am hurt and I will say it on social media. Please stay away from this airline. I see in my bank account they are still taking 644. Am trying to stop it. I used to fly United airlines and I suggest that if you don't want extra charges and good service you go back there. American airlines delayed my flight again and I was late for my meeting, no recompensation but charging me over and over.

Good communication at the gate and very nice crew in the flight

Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD. The flight from Miami to Hartford was packed, so many people. It was late at night and we were tired and just wanted to be home. Obviously, the aviation staff preformed well.
