Cons: "Boarding pass has specific alphabet zones but boarding was done via cabin number which was slightly confusing. I didn’t realize that zone E is part of cabin 2. I think more clear instructions should be given."
Pros: "The pilot and steward"
Cons: "Both flights delayed. No information at all on my the first one was delayed. The second, due to mechanical incompetence"
Pros: "Crew okay but they don't circulate much. They just stay in back."

Pros: "The two stewardesses were awesome helping me to reschedule possible connecting flight due to leaving mdt 2 hours late"
Cons: "The gate agents were extremely slow causing the flight to pull from the gate 28 minutes late. The capitan of the plane needs a course on how to be polite to an upset customer"
Pros: "Good food, entertainment and Delta Comfort section worth the extra cost."
Cons: "Boarding at JFK a nightmare."
Pros: "With all the competition among airlines and the cutbacks we suffer as customers Delta manages to make you feel like you matter still. Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work."
Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Cons: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."
Pros: "The Gate Agents were excellent and very helpful with accommodating our family traveling with an infant and a six year old."
Cons: "The flight attendant saw that we were confused about the seat map and did not offer any assistance."
Cons: "On time, free upgrade."
Pros: "Quick service, good information."
Cons: "Not applicable, it was a good flight."
Pros: "Clean plane with nice navigable entertainment."
Cons: "Crew was chatty with each other & joking with one another but almost rude about serving us. Ran out of sandwiches for purchase at lunch flight & simply threw snacks at us. Made “ exhausted” comment about getting a lime wedge for a margarita & then went to rear of plane to chat with other flight attendents. Worse, we booked with kayak, but actually the delta/ Aeromexico flight was booked with vayama. When one flight changed departure time, we no longer had our great pre-selected seats & couldn’t check in online. We had to work it out with delta & then aero Mexico t. After 30 min on the phone we got the last 3 bavk row seats near the toilets & cackling, aging flight attendants. No reclining or real food made for a lousy 3 1/2 hr lunch flight. No apologies, smiles of sympathy. Just snacks tossed our way"
Pros: "No entertainment and no food other than snacks."
Pros: "Entertainment"
Cons: "Boarding employee was rude."
Cons: "Padding on seats are worn out. Very uncomfortable"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "In between Delta and Aeromexico changed my flight and made me travel more than 24 hours. In addition, I was traveling with a suitcase and nobody was able to pick it up for me. Layover time was 6 hours originally. Service from Aeromexico at JFK is the worst"
Pros: "I booked via Kayak using Virgin Atlantic shared out to Delta. Check was confusing as both airlines used different flight numbers. When I went to check in with Virgin Atlantic they told me to go to Delta. When I went to Delta they told me to go back to Virgin Atlantic. I wound up checking in with Virgin Atlantic. Everyone was very polite but check in was confusing. Everything else was wonderful. Cutomer service was great from beginning to end."
Cons: "Check in."
Pros: "The food"
Cons: "No entertainment"
Cons: "Missed our connection due to not enough time between connecting flights, Change of plans due to missed connection not anywhere near each other, one hour spent on the The tarmac... No earbuds available, No drink or food service... Worst flight experience ever"
Pros: "Always a good experience with Delta! They’re the best!"
Cons: "I'm sure it was an excellent flight. I don't know though because Delta didn't manage to get me on it."
Pros: "Excellent job"
Cons: "N/a"
Pros: "We'd paid extra for main cabin so hot to choose seats and got in flight entertainment.. Staff were friendly."
Cons: "No free wifi."
Pros: "So many movies to watch. Keep it up!"
Cons: "The food was too sweet and salty."
Cons: "Delayed boarding as the first flight of the day"
Cons: "Delta refused to assign my seats until just before boarding, even though I booked my flights months in advance. This is very stressful and totally unacceptable to treat passengers this way."
Pros: "Good for an economy flight"
Cons: "Too long"
Cons: "I was starving because of my short connection time and couldn't have lunch - wanted to eat something solid and they just had boxes with fruits and cheese."
Cons: "I had a problem getting a boarding pass that was a carryforward from a problem that I had had on the flights from the USA to Frankfort 2 weeks earlier. On those flights, I was denied boarding on the flight from Amsterdam to Frankfort because of miscommunication between Delta and KLM. Apparently, the staff who dealt with that problem did not note that the issue had occurred, so it looked like there were "out-of-sequence" segments on my initial flight and I was not allowed to check in electronically. It took several calls to KLM and Delta in Frankfurt to try to resolve the problem and finally it was determined that it could only be resolved at the airport. Other than a very nice KLM representative, the other people I talked to seemed unwilling to engage in helping me and sent me along to someone else. Although the problem was ultimately fixed, this was not a great customer service experience."
Cons: "It's just a really small plane so the comfort isn't great but only a half hour flight"
Pros: "Friendly, hard working flight crew"
Cons: "Flight delayed 2.5 hours. Not necessarily their fault, but they rarely communicated why or what to expect. Despite signing up for SMS notifications, I'd find out from Kayak more than I did from Delta."
Pros: "Crew was great."
Cons: "Plane was terrible. Not paying Delta prices to fly in a Spirit plane"
Pros: "Service"
Cons: "Long delay"
Cons: "New design of the the plane with side to side bathrooms at the back leaves much to be desired. Those were the smallest airplane bathrooms I've ever used!! I had trouble fitting and I'm not a large person!"
Pros: "Staff friendly & made sure that everyone on the plane was aware of someone with a peanut allergy so no peanuts were to be eaten. Ground staff worked hard to get us rebooked & on our way as our first flight was so late that we missed our connection. So glad to finally see a charging port as our long haul flight didn't have them."
Cons: "Not the crews fault but this was the slowest disembarking process on a plane that I have ever seen. Hard to get comfortable in the seat. Not able to sit with husband as it was a rebooked flight & the flight was full."
Pros: "new plane seemed roomier"
Pros: "Ticket agent upon checkin was super friendly. Great way to start my long flight to Singapore. Departed and arrived on time."
Pros: "Nice people"
Pros: "I think they've really stepped it up and it is obvious they want a good customer experience"
Pros: "entertainment options are great. The flights are plentiful, so lots of options."
Cons: "No options for vegans on 10 hour flight!! Shame on you!! Our needs should be considered."
Pros: "After canceled, Delta had a hotel and found new flight for next day. Shuttle to and from hotel provided."
Cons: "Ten gate changes. Rescheduled for 15 to 45 minutes each time for 6 hours, this lead passengers to believe flight would still happen. Which a backup flight was not booked. Frustration!"
