Water was coming out of the wall. Both bathrooms didn't have soap dispensers (not even empty ones - they never had any out to start with), and by the time I went both were out of toilet paper and hand napkins. Food: Didn't touch it because of how disgusted I was at the flight by this time. Entertainment: Something is better than nothing."

It should all be covered when buying a flight. The people lining up at the door to get on the plane spill out in to the hallways and block traffic trying to get by. Southwest airlines has a number system to get on the plane and therefor avoids the crowding the entrance to get on before all the overhead space is taken. I really think american could learn a lot from Southwest airlines. I will when possible avoid this airline if there is a flight with southwest."

Cons: "It was myself, my wife, and our 18 month old son. The trip was a complete disaster. The first delay was from 12 noon to 7:30 pm because the plane was unavailable. We left the airport and returned at 6 pm for the 7:30 pm departure. The plane was "available." We checked our bags, found our way to the gate, and eventually boarded "ontime." Instead of taking off, however, we sat on board the plane at the gate for 2 hours as work was being done. The work was first called "maintenance," then "a small error code." The captain teased us by saying "folks, just a few more minutes and we should be departing." The crew nourished us with a dixie sized cups of water and Chex mix. Then finally the airline gave up and deplaned everyone. Once deplaned, it was explained to us that they couldn't clear the error code, so they couldn't use that plane. But there was another plane coming from Las Vegas to use so that we could expect a departure around 12 midnight. 12 midnight rolls around. Nothing. 12:30 am. 1 am. Finally, a plane arrives. But then the airline holds us up yet again - turns out we can't depart after all because the arriving airport shuts down at 2 am. Gee, they didn't know that before making us wait another 3 hours??? Now they're offering a refund to anybody who wants one, as well as a hotel for the night and the promise of a flight at 2:30 pm the following day. At this point, many of us are looking up alternative flights to Eugene and even Portland. A $1,000 extra for us. We're not sure whether we can trust Allegiant to have an actual plane ready to go the next day. And we're too tired at that point to even ask why the next flight would be at 2:30 pm rather than first thing in the morning. So finally we line up to get a hotel voucher and find our way to the hotel. It takes over an hour to checkin at the hotel because it's the middle of the night and 150 people just showed up to checkin. We finally get to our room at about 3:30 am. I'm amazed at how well our toddler held up sitting on an airplane for 2 hours, sitting at the airport for about 6 hours, and waiting to fall asleep all night. We eventually made it back to the airport the following afternoon and, praise the lord, made it to our destination. Allegiant - NEVER AGAIN!"

Cons: "Allegiant 468 7/27 4 1/2 hour delay on flight 569 on 7/27 and not a single person on the ground or plane even said sorry. Allegiant also failed to update the revised departure time. Allegiant posted an initial delay of 30 minunutes but then, when there was a further 2 hour delay due to a problem with the plane in Vegas Allegiant didn't update the time. (G4 568 was showing a two hour delay, with a 1010 arrival into STS but Allegiant never updated the departure time for 569 to reflect the additional two hour delay.) It wasn't until I called that it got updated and when I called I had to point out that the airplane hadn't even left Vegas and Allegiant was still showing an 8:50 departure time. It also took the reservation agent over 20 minutes to get any information about what was going on. Lastly each and every time I call I was on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes before being able to speak to a person"

I missed my flight and they didn't even have another flight to to accommodate me to get to my destination and no one at the front desk to talk to."

Cons: "In-flight entertainment offered through your own device only, which would have been fine but the charging port had no power. So essentially (for me), there was no in-flight entertainment. Seats were very narrow and bathrooms smaller than normal. Boarding process seemed to take longer than it should. Flight crew was non-existent after initial beverage service."

Cons: "Delays in boarding caused me to reschedule to another flight, which the attendant was damn near unable to arrange. The reschedule somehow caused me to lose my window seat even though I was on the same exact flight. This overbooked flight ended up being full of all kinds of grumpy and upset passengers (rightfully so). Uncomfortable seats just made it that much worse. Poor job overall"

They put my daughters safety at risk with such lack of compassion. Caused such unbelievable stress and chaos. I will continue to tell everyone I know how horrible this was. No one will want to fly United after they hear what my daughter and I were put thru."

Cons: "Due to my initial delayed flight I got to O'Hare during a drastically busy time. Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."
