$399 Find Cheap Flights from Harrisburg to Spain

My flight to London from Philadelphia was cancelled due to weather.

Pilot navigated severe weather/snow storm with skill. Described his intentions clearly

This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!

Long delays, lack of information about the status of the flight. The flight was delayed 4 times.

Everything about the flight was lovely. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more options of tv series from Apple TV or HBO.

Not comparable to Qatar Airways services on flights to Doha. Flight attendants provided basic services; I was never recognized by name or as an Executive Platinum member. Restrooms were not kept clean during the flight.

Delays to take off and to leave the plane after landing added a lot of time to this flight.

The Phildalphia to Allentown portion was a BUS, not a plane. All was as expected.

Excellent - explanations were clear staff was nice and flight was comfortable

The issue was not with BA it was with the link yoiu sent fopr booking the flight

Loved the boarding option from Business class lounge, experience on flight was excellent, plenty of good food choices

Late. And service was very slow - passengers sat for well over an hour with dirty trays etc surrounding them

Getting the boarding passes between the BA and AA apps was very clunky.

The airline was not clear about a new departure time so we got to the airport early anyway. The flight left early which was great because of weather. The check in process was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The crew was great and our flight was very good.

The plane was dirty the food was awful and the boarding process took too long

Awful it always is unfortunately is the only way to fly direct to london

I travelled in business class and was disappointed by lack of service, curt and borderline rude time of the crew and to top it off, all of my luggage was delayed. It was like pulling teeth to even report the missing luggage and recover it the next day from the airport.

I don't know about the others but the flight attendant that took care of us had the absolute wrong approach "how do we dare asking for water or anything else for that matter"

No WiFi in either flight. No leg room, the seat in front of me left dents on my knees and the tray was so low my knees propped it up if I tried to use it.
