If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile."

Cons: "The plane was an older model and very outdated. The flight attendants gave us a choice between chicken or vegetarian pasta. I chose chicken, but it was actually beef. The salad was literally iceberg lettuce and a slice of cucumber. Overall, the meal was one of the lowest quality I've ever had in am airline. The outdated onboard entertainment system was annoying to operate and it was impossible to even see the screen when the person ahead leaned back."
Pros: "After having read Swiss Airline reviews I was prepared for a difficult and uncomfortable trip from BOS to ZUR. I was pleasantly surprised to the kindness and comfort I found in the economy class of Swiss Airline. Bags were checked in, flight was timely and legroom was satisfactory. I would highly recommended Swiss Airline due to my overall experience."
Cons: "We were scheduled for a 55 minute layover in Zurich which was not nearly enough time. Our plane was 10 minutes late in landing but our next flight was delayed 5 minutes. We had to take a bus from the plane to the terminal, go through immigration with very long lines, take a tram to our departure terminal and then run to our gate which was at the end of a very long hallway. Luckily they held the plane but it was very stressful and exhausting getting to our plane."

The cabin crew are always passing around water and chocolates throughout the flight. They were friendly and helpful as well. The pilots were also very good. We had no rough turbulence and their landing skills were amazing."

Cons: "The agent at the check-in had no clue what he was doing. He had to ask his neighboring agents a dozen questions to check us in (4 passengers, 3 bags and 2 car seats). On top of that, his whole demeanor was condescending, treating us as if we had never flown an airplane before. We are big are traveling light, so we had 2 small suitcases, small enough that we never have to check them in for the US domestic flights. I asked the check-in agent if the small ones were needed to be checked in or if they could be taken as carry-ons. He made a big deal that they were too big and had to be checked in. But when we boarded the plane, we saw that about a quarter of the carry-on bags in the plane were as big as our small suitcases! We were in row 30+. The leg room was the narrowest I have had in all international flights I flew in. Having longer than average legs, it was pure torture for the duration of the overnight flight. The best part of the dinner they served was the croissant - that should give you an idea. I don't think I would voluntarily choose Swiss Air again."

Plane got switched and I was moved to the back

Recovery is taking its toll, The Delta employees are burdened with the covid restrictions costing then undue time to make sure they are complaint and its hard to do. Federal law mandating restrictions above local law is ridiculous. I did like the new boarding back to front, been wondering a long time when airlines would figure that out, but drop all the categories for pre-boadrings, only have one: Special needs, Military and 1st class, one call then back to front, half the plane was onboard before it got efficient.

Cons: "My one piece of hard shell luggage has a special, difficult way of latching. As long as nobody opens it, it stays fine for shipping. The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. Have traveled with V.A. to Florida for over 15years. Unfortunately post covid or flights were disappointing. We really miss the Jumbo as the new planes are smaller & grotty. We traveled out “first class” - it was anything but first class. There is now a third row of seats and the bar that had been in the first class cabin was gone. They ran out of meal choices- cobbled together a cream tea as they ran short of those too. There were no small bottles on the way out. The only thing pleasant about our outward journey was the staff who were lovely. Our return journey was Premium Economy, it was 100 times worse. The food was disgusting & once again they ran out of meal choices. There were no snacks ( pretzels) with our drinks - this time there was only two pleasant stewardesses the rest were “unfriendly “ bordering on rude!! We used to get a nice bottle of water in the back of our seats - pre covid these bottles had shrunk to half size & now non existent? We were offered a plastic cup of water- which we had to sit between our seats when the lights went out & unseen after several hours - got knocked over!! This never happened with the bottles? To add insult to injury Virgin have switched the Orlando flight to Edinburgh- we flew over Glasgow on the way out & the way back and spoke to several people who were just as unhappy as we were- what was wrong with Glasgow? Honestly Virgin have lost the plot- old aircraft -( on the way home) unpleasant Manchester crew ( what’s wrong with a Scottish crew from Scotland?) Unfortunately in the north of the UK we’re not spoiled for choice the only direct flights being Virgin (now Edinburgh) or as my son advised Tui - who apparently do I very good Premium Economy from Glasgow. Given my recent experience- I feel that my 20 years travelling with Virgin may have come to an end!

Virgin Atlantic should not be allowed to run codeshares without WestJet if neither company can provide check in or boarding passes - I was told I had to recheck my bags on a connecting flight which due to delays of the first one meant I had to abandon my bags at my first leg City to ensure I was able to run to get my flight as I only had 30 mins to make boarding. This means I landed in my destination without my luggage and am likely to never get it back. I will not fly on Virgin Atlantic again.

We run a nonprofit called the Montana Kayak Academy which provides free whitewater instruction to youth between 8 &18 yrs old and we will be sure to tell everyone we know to NOT TRAVEL WITH EITHER VIRGIN ATLANTIC OR BRITISH AIRWAYS.... EVER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Pros: "I was selected for additional screening at the gate. I have no problem with this at all. From the start I told them I am traveling with my fiancee. They tried to hold me back in a separate area after the screening and I once again told them my fiancee was waiting for me. One staff memeber walked with me half way back to get her and then disappeared. By the time I found her and came back, the staff memeber was no where to be found. Now we had lost are spot in the line and had to go to the back of the line. We spoke to 3 different staff people about what was going on and everyone said, oh the guy over there will help you. But no one did. The staff had No idea how to run a security check or handle paople. There was No working wifi! There was no tvs in the seats, only the old style in the aisle. The staff told me the plan was going to retire at the end of the month. The food was more for animals then for humans! We got updates by txt 10 mins before the staff updated the gate on our flight out from SFO. I have traveled all over the world with a lot of airlines and Never had such a poor service, but what is it to expect. It was United after all!"

There was lengthy delay out of Pittsburgh but we still made it to Toronto with an hour until the connecting flight left. However, we sat on the tarmac for so long -with no explanation from the captain - that we had to run to make the next flight (a long distance). Luckily we made it, but it was only after we boarded that we got word that the flight was delayed due to the number of passengers who were delayed. If we had been told that information as we sat on the tarmac, it would have made a lot of upset and stressed out passengers feel so much better.

Boarding in Munich is so disorganized

Food quantity less. Crews do not help. Leg space less. Videos not in many languages

That was great

Lufthansa is like any other low cost. Rather pay less and go with EasyJet

Cons: "With a short layover and a bit of a delay coming from Seattle, I rushed through immigration and security and ran to my next gate. Even though I arrived at the gate two minutes before the scheduled departure time, the plane had already left the gate. VERY disappointing and will probably be the last time I fly Lufthansa, especially through Frankfurt."

Cons: "I didn't have a long enough layover in Chicago and ended up missing my next flight. At least an hour and a half should be allotted going through customs in O'Hare. Then an additional 2 hours to recheck bags and get across the airport. This also allows extra time for delays."
Cons: "Boarding was a zoo as the system was down -not very organized either. There was one crew member who was extremely rude and even as people boarded by her section did not greet people. Skipped a few rows with drinks and then told them there was no time to bring even a glass of water. Fortunately another crew member (who we also asked as they went by) brought water to those she had skipped who wanted it. My TV monitor was not working. Aging planes - need a thorough cleaning. The announcements were garbled and very difficult to hear."

The other person in the row had to get up to allow me in and out and I still had to make sure not to pull on the seat in front of me just trying to get up out of the seat. Thankfully, I only had to get out twice through the whole flight."

We waited for the stairs and bus to come then when we got to the terminal our bags did not come and I had to get my baggage shipped. This was very inconvenient and there was not any notification for the baggage delay."

Pros: "That my bag was at Johannesburg. My first flight was delayed due to a technical issue which meant I only had less than an hour until my connecting flight. It took me almost 20 minutes to walk to the gate just in time for boarding and was pleased that my bag had made it onto the same flight. There was loads of leg room in economy which as a tall person is really important."

Terrible

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Cons: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."
