Took 2 standbys and much time in “service” lines to get another flight. Added six and a half hours to my day
Again in the flight back delay for one hour and half in Geneva Even Kayak are not update with flight and just send automate emails for nothing for no actions
Always late, overall service is appalling. Only reason they are around is due to protective policies of the Canadian government
Crew was friendly. Plane appeared clean.
Flight was delayed twice. Luggage was delayed coming off the plane. I assume it was weather related. One piece of our luggage was damaged. Not able to connect to entertainment app.
Typical Air Canada flight. Not great but not horrible (surprisingly)
The entertainment systems were broken on our seats but they did give us a small discount voucher.
Outdated 757. No individual entertainment. Power restricted to premium seats and was intermittent when it worked.
For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation.
People were nice
The plane was clean and flight crew was very pleasant.
On a cross country flight I would expect there to be in-seat entertainment or at least power / USB charging at each seat. This flight had no AC power nor did it have USB charging.
Great light, great staff. They did not have any movies or music you could listen to, but everything else was fabulous.
