At the gate, they asked for volunteers to gate check carry on bags, rather than forcing it upon people."

Cons: "I was disappointed that the price only dropped since we purchased our tickets. Usually they get more expensive as you get closer to the flight date. Also, I didn't know when I booked that there were fees to check luggage - that's why I specifically chose Sun Country over Spirit. I also was led to believe that I had to pay for a preferred seat online, when they hold free seats to be assigned at the airport."

So after everyone had boarded, at the minute we were supposed to take off, they beg for 2 volunteers to get off the flight to compensate for the weight of the excess fuel. Eventually 2 people b3came annoyed enough to get off and take a $200 voucher (probably for another delayed flight.) so we were late taking off for that. At our destination there were clear sunn6 skies. Extra fuel was needed for that. So I was stuck in a seat the size of a child’s car seat for an extra 40 minutes? And when we could finally get off, my legs had fallen asleep ffrom being too squeezed in for that relatively short flight. When will the airlines focus on the passengers’ safety & comfort and not on excessive profits?"

Basic economy had my wife and I 16 rows apart each in a middle seat. I was in the very last seat on the plane. Flight attendants were attentive and surprisingly very nice, legroom is non-existent (same as every flight in plain coach)."

AA had a ticket counter agent that was on a mission because she had a roll away cart parked by the jet way door to collect all the luggage she wouldn't allow on the plane. Very customer unfriendly!"

Cons: "I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my 6:55 flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours. At that time, there was NO ONE at the Frontier check in to explain what was going on. I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time."

Not to worry I did it my self. Charge for water!!! Will never fly Frontier again -- even the pilot said it was not the Frontier that he went to work for. Will never fly them again."
