Cons: "No where to stash my legs. Why bother to have feet, knees and legs while flying. While flying economy class, airlines should require amputation of legs at the hip. You should just do it because at the end of a long flight your legs will fall off anyhow. They will be rotten and full of ganggreene from no blood flow."

Cons: "The flight was actually run by turkish airlines, not philippine air as stated in my confirmation email, so we were sent to the wrong terminal. Nothing in the email said which terminal the flight would depart from or that it was actually turkish airlines. Very irresponsible and communication for customers should be much clearer. Luckily we were very early for the flight or it could have caused a serious problem."

Cons: "I was about to loose my walker which I was supposed to receive when I get from the aircraft in Istanbul but the lady at the transfer desk helped me find it. After I bought the ticket it was offered 24 hours later at very much Lowe price ( 25%less than what I paid for). I contacted the Turkish airlines but they never give me any credit or compensation."

We had to board next plane the next day, 24hours latet! One day of our vacation lost. Going back was no better since the plane from Manila had slight delay and we missed our connecting flight to Ljubljana for just few minutes. Disappointment again! We got home 15 hours later than we should have. Cons: "The space on ALL airlines now are so claustrophobic it is not that fun to sit squashed into a tiny space. Air travel companies in general has teally made people who can't afford to go first class feel like livestock. But the trip was pleasant due to the crew's nice attitude."

Cons: "The flight from DXB was delayed, causing us to miss the connection to LIS in IST. 2 hours after standing at the transfer desk they put us on a flight to LIS via CDG. Luggage was kept in IST. Now we are in LIS with no luggage and no confirmation on its whereabouts. Lost and found staff at LIS (Portway) showed total confusion in claiming luggage was in CDG. Today two planes arrived in LIS from IST, none of them with our luggage. Screen shows my name with mention "Not loaded" regarding the luggage. This incompetence is unacceptable from "Europe's best airline". This title is misleading advertising and should not be allowed."

PASS THE BUCKET.. -NO CONCERN FOR BUSINESS CLASS SERVICE. PLEASE TELL THEM TO GO AND TRAVEL IN ALITALIA, SWISSAIR, UNITED, DELTA, VIRGIN (THE BEST) ,BUSINESS CLASS AND SEE HOW THEY PAMPER THEIR CUSTOMERS FROM CHECK IN, TO GREAT AND AMPLE GOOD FOOD AND CONTINUOUS SERVICE. -UNLIKE THY STALE, FROZEN FOOD. BAD BREAKFAST, NO AMPLE CHESE SELECTION (ONE SLICE WHITE CHESE ONLY), OVER COOKED BAD BURNED TASTING TEA. -SERVICE: THE MALE STEWARD DROPPED SALAD ON THE NEXT SEAT AND IT STAYED THERE FOR 5 HOURS. PICKED UP BY A FEMALE STEWARDESS AS WE ARE LANDING. IF THEY WISH TO USE MORE MALES ON BOARD THEY SHOULD AT LEAST TRAIN THEM WELL. I HAD TO WAIVE AT 3 DIFFERENT MALE STEWARDS AND THEY ALL PASSED BY NOT ACKNOWLEDGING AND I WAS SITTING ON THE FIRST ROW AISLE! THEY ARE RUDE, UNCARING, SHODDY SERVICE PEOPLE.."

Pros: "I loved the complimentary Turkish delight and all the food provided. Not only were meals served on shorter flights, the food itself was very tasty. The crew was nice, if somewhat aloof, but everything was provided without having to ask. Pillows, blankets, and headphones. They also gave us these wonderful pouches with slippers, eye mask, toothbrush and toothpaste, and chap stick."
