They removed the cover off my checked bag and threw it away.
late flight, no wifi, no entertainment, no snack. What are you coming to????
They changed our flight to Kalispel and we ended up getting there close to midnight. The return flight got changed as well by a few hours. Then of course some issues with the plane and we were even later. First time flying Alaska, may be my last.
Missoula is a great airport. Desk and gate crews were very helpful and friendly
The flight was delayed out of BIL so many times that I was not able to make my connection. I was rebooked for the next day, losing a full day of my trip. I still have not been compensated as promised.
2 hour delay. Then some luggage was unloaded at 1baggage claim #7 then without notice the baggage claim was changed to #12. No one informed the passengers they were changing baggage claim turnstile. Several of us waited for 90 minutes after the 1st turnstile stopped and changed to other flights luggage.
They changed the flight time from 4:00 to 1:50. We missed the flight because we did not know. We were not entitled to any sort of refund.
Flight attendants were great, legroom in main cabin not so good.
Security wasn't helpful for my age, but that wasn't Alaskas fault Baggage clain in Seattle was too time-consuming with changes to the claim carousel.
i had asked a flight staff member For a seltzer from the non-alcoholic drink list and was given a hard cider that costed 9$
No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either
Sat in the tarmac at O’Hare for 65 minutes. This is a regular occurrence for delta at O’Hare
Delta is getting worst by the minute. Where this was at one point my only go to airline, it has become like a budget airline

Delta has joint the nickel and diming airlines. The experience is getting worst by the day. 1,000,000 miles for a trip to Asia in Business Class where I got the same thing for just under 90,000 miles through an Asian airline. Where is Richard Anderson? Please come back!
Very aggressive at the boarding area of only allowing one person passed a line/ sign
Everything was very good or excellent, but the seats were extremely uncomfortable and painful.

Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.
Awful. Delay after delay. And then again on the tarmac.
WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?
Excellent except for the 2 screaming kids who wouldn’t stop crying and screaming for the entire flight but what are you going to do? The flight was early- good experience
Kept changing the takeoff time and the moved it up so arrived when boarding had already started. Then sat waiting to taxi in for a long time
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
Airplane is not very clean, food quality and taste was not good. Lufthansa used to be good but nowadays went down. Overall experience is just okay, wouldn't fly again, prefer Turkish airlines.
No complaints other than luggage carousel was incorrectly guiding passengers to the wrong carousel on the screen.
The flight crew on this leg of my trip was very friendly and pleasant. Every one of them was humorous, as well as helpful and accommodating. This group was BY FAR the best crew I’ve flown with. They deserve kudos.
It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.
The amount of seating is ridiculously small. Three points to consider Point One: Your in flight magazine needs to be smaller. Do you realize I can't even hold it in a reading position because of the limited space in front of me? It's a hangover from the past and if you want anyone to read it, it must be smaller. Point two: It is very uncomfortable for a lady to be sitting next to a strange man and constantly rubbing upper arms even when both of our elbows are within the arm rests. And larger men (whom I pity in this confined predicament) also tend to spread their legs into my leg space which requires me to hold my legs into a smaller position. Point three: The seats seem to position one's body in an unusually upright manner and the head rests push the head farther forward. I gave a small effort to see if the headrest could be removed but didn't want to break it or cause a scene with my efforts. I finally put my jacket behind my back to place my body more forward to match the head rest. The service was fine and I noticed ALL staff worked at smiling and greeting passengers. That was nice. No one likes to fly anymore as it is an endurance rather than a pleasure.
