More updated movies & Chinese movies. The food sometimes overcooked. Prefer to have more neat snacks in between than just choose from the menu. Please change the menu every now and then. This is my second time flying within one year and the menu didn’t change at all!

Truly impressive service in the air. After the main meal, they have a delicious a la carte menu that you can order anytime until 1.5 hrs prior to landing. Flight crew were so pleasant and very efficient. Wish I could fly JAL more often!

This flight was delayed approximately 4 hours due to bad weather in HNL.
It was great with the exception of a rude desk member on the way back. And a terrible sandwich on the way back.

Flight delayed then cancelled then gate changed two times then baggage lost.
My flight was canceled minutes before boarding started. It took three hours to get rebooked and it was on another airline overnight with another stop added. All I got was two $15 food coupons.
The plane is extremely loud and there’s no place to charge devices.
My seat assignment was disappear even I had chosen my seat next to my husband at making reservation. And also the touch panel on my screen was broken so I could have limited entertainment during the long flight.
My tray was broken and instead of being moved I was provided blue tape.
Terrible. Unfriendly, couldn’t care less crew. Left lights on entire time for 10 hour flight Departed at 5pm local time. Captain made one announcement entire time. No information given and clearly not interested in letting anyone sleep with lights up. Food served was poor. Entertainment was poor. No WiFi choices on screen backs was dated and cheap. Seats and amenities were dated and barren. Hawaiian used to get by on their service/aloha, but that’s been out the window. Even for local interisland I fly only southwest as they are far superior. Very disappoint in Hawaiian and this flight.

I’ve had previous bad experiences with Philippine Airlines so i was pleasantly surprised with the vast improvement in comfort, service and food quality.
The economy class sitting/chairs is tight not spacious enough to sit comfortably but for other matters everything is perfect 👍☺️

Good one is its safety. Taking off and landing are good. The bad parts are the managements at airport, especially in Manila. It's horrible.

The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.
