I like the braised beef., miso soup,, and green tea. Very little choices of hollywood movies. The PA announcement in English was not very clear and very soft. I could hardly hear.

Please change menu every now & then bc I fly twice within the year and serving the food the same

More updated movies & Chinese movies. The food sometimes overcooked. Prefer to have more neat snacks in between than just choose from the menu. Please change the menu every now and then. This is my second time flying within one year and the menu didn’t change at all!

Food is lagging. Very poor choice. Like vending machine fast food.

Again I paid for an upgrade on my credit card didn’t get it need a refund. . American I not good at gettin in contact for refunds.

I didn’t like the check in process I had to check in at the counter took too much time . Didn’t give the upgrade my seat .

l enjoyed the variety of good and drink choices. The flight attendants were very quick and efficient to our needs.

Truly impressive service in the air. After the main meal, they have a delicious a la carte menu that you can order anytime until 1.5 hrs prior to landing. Flight crew were so pleasant and very efficient. Wish I could fly JAL more often!

Checking in at the airport the agent only booked the first keg of my trip and had my checked luggage going to the airport with a layover! Never was issued a boarding pass for the second leg or received sticker fir my checked bag. All was well in the end! Delta agents helped to resolve the situation!!!

Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. Was in first class. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments. Only got snacks on flight. The attendant was not the friendliest.

I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

Big plane, long flight, absolutely no leg room and basically non existent air! I am 5”4’ and always travel Main Cabin, I was miserable on this plane and could barely move when we arrived in Cabo due to the cramped leg area!

From Atlanta to Cabo I would have hoped on a plane that size I would have been able to breathe and wiggle my feet a little! The leg room in that plane is non existent and I am only 5”4’. And the air vent either wasn’t working very well or just could not blow air from the ceiling to the seat area as I was suffocating through the entire flight! And please don’t say I would have been more comfortable in first class because I cannot afford those rates and have always travelled Main Cabin without issues !

The pilots were good. Disappointing when planes don't have electrical ports

I liked the piloting of the aircraft. Very disappointed about lack of electrical ports. Also, although a short flight. there was enough time to hand out snacks to comfort + seats as was done for first class.

I had a wonderful experience flying with delta. The gentleman taking care of us on our flight was so nice, accommodating, and attentive. He always was smiling and giving pins to the kids which made me smile. The flight was quick too and without turbulence. Thank you for the great flying experience.

This flight was delayed approximately 4 hours due to bad weather in HNL.

It was great with the exception of a rude desk member on the way back. And a terrible sandwich on the way back.

One of the best flights Ive had in a long time

Flight delayed then cancelled then gate changed two times then baggage lost.

My flight was canceled minutes before boarding started. It took three hours to get rebooked and it was on another airline overnight with another stop added. All I got was two $15 food coupons.

The plane is extremely loud and there’s no place to charge devices.

My seat assignment was disappear even I had chosen my seat next to my husband at making reservation. And also the touch panel on my screen was broken so I could have limited entertainment during the long flight.

My tray was broken and instead of being moved I was provided blue tape.

Terrible. Unfriendly, couldn’t care less crew. Left lights on entire time for 10 hour flight Departed at 5pm local time. Captain made one announcement entire time. No information given and clearly not interested in letting anyone sleep with lights up. Food served was poor. Entertainment was poor. No WiFi choices on screen backs was dated and cheap. Seats and amenities were dated and barren. Hawaiian used to get by on their service/aloha, but that’s been out the window. Even for local interisland I fly only southwest as they are far superior. Very disappoint in Hawaiian and this flight.

Not a pleasant experience from the start of booking first flight all the way through to the actually flight. Only saving grace is the food.

No power on an 11 hour flight? What a joke. Crew did not come by enough to get trash or offer water.

I’ve had previous bad experiences with Philippine Airlines so i was pleasantly surprised with the vast improvement in comfort, service and food quality.

The economy class sitting/chairs is tight not spacious enough to sit comfortably but for other matters everything is perfect 👍☺️

Good one is its safety. Taking off and landing are good. The bad parts are the managements at airport, especially in Manila. It's horrible.

Flight was delayed. What’s better is if the flight stay on time.

The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.

I paid $380 for my one-way ticket from California to Minnesota. The fair did not include online check-in. I received instructions from their app to check in at a kiosk. At the kiosk, the boarding pass would not print until an actual person came to verify that I had a personal item and not a carry-on item, On the plane, the person next to me was drunk and allowed to continue to order alcohol. United is garbage I’d rather fly spirit.

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the locked room where it was being kept.

Do not like the feeling of being in the basic economy. Everyone should feel good no matter what.

Terrible! The plane was old and you are required to connect your own device to their Wi-Fi rather than have entertainment options in the back of the seat in front of you. The Wi-Fi went out during the flight and there was only one plug for the devices every two seats. Three out of five surrounding my family did not work. The seats and spaces under them were so small I could not fit my backpack, which I’ve always brought on flights and fit before no problem. The crew were unpleasant and patronizing.

Great! The plane was decently sized and comfortable. The staff was nice and there was great in flight entertainment

Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.
