Facilities and staff were great, but the company let us down. Just four hours into the flight, they ran out of ALL snacks. Perhaps this was the first time they ever did this run and had no idea afar might be needed? Or maybe they didn't know how many passengers would be abourd? Or did they just not care? (Oh, and the meals were very sub-par. One was so bad that I didn't finish it. )

When I called customer service, they eventually compensated for my overnight stay. Everything else was good. I appreciate that your booking agency sent me a reminder email, however the flight information was wrong, which made things more confused.
