Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

The crew, food, and entertainment were all good. But my screen had some sort of bug where if I turned it off, it would turn back on after 2-5 minutes. At full brightness. It made it very hard to get any shut-eye on the overnight flight. Also, the older Boeing plane, while nicely cared for (and no doors fell off 😅👏) doesn't have the nice air quality of newer planes. So I felt a bit greasy by the time we landed in Sweden.

It was a crowded flight. They did the best they could.

Service was good for such a short flight. Small plane but smooth flight.

Worst flight in my life. Only was scheduled for a 45 min flight to get our connection flight. It was late by 40 minutes and we missed our connection. Delta was totally useless trying to help and unable to get my family on the next flight because they overbooked it Thus had to get a hotel at my expense and lost a day at Disney as a result. Cost me about a $1000 if you add 2 hotels meals shuttles etc to get thru the day Awful customer service by Delta in Detroit totally useless people

The experience was good and the flight departed on time and landed early

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Over all good. I had some issues with trying to buy my seat. The Westjet system kept trying to charge my credit card, without getting the seat. In the end after 5 times being charged, I got my seat.

I did not have a meal or entertainment, but flight was comfortable, beverage service was quick, crew was very helpful and pleasant. And a very smooth flight overall.

WestJet does make an effort to make the flying experience enjoyable. While I could have saved some money by choosing a different airline; I was able to fly directly, and with minimal hold-over. The extra $150 was well worth it

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

Flying First Class, the food could have been much better. The seat wasn’t very comfortable.

When I purchased my ticket, I assumed it was a real ticket, as in, when I go to the airport I am guaranteed a seat. Not so. When I checked in 24 hours ahead of time, I noticed I did not have a seat assignment and my boarding pass said "Standby." I was informed at the gate that the flight was full and I may not get on that plane. I don't recall being offered the option of selecting a seat when I checked in, and apparently, for the honor of pre-selecting a seat, you must pay an additional fee. So, a ticket really isn't a ticket, it's actually a lottery and if you're lucky, you may make it on board - or you can choose to be extorted for extra money for the guarantee of a seat. It's like making reservations with the Godfather - one payment isn't enough, there's always another bribe you have to make. After the first few zones were called and I hadn't been informed of my status, I went to the gate agent and they handed me a boarding pass, for the very last row near the restrooms, in between two very large people. Apparently that was my punishment for not purchasing a seat ahead of time. Airline service has not only gotten more expensive, but the return on your money has shrunk and there is little regard for the passengers. This feels like a racket. I am not pleased, as you may have gathered.

It was your usual flight. Nothing exemplary. Due to turbulance, the drinks were served 20 min before landing. Meh.

My only concern was that we were on the tarmac for so long and weren’t told what was happening. It turned out that the system needed to be restarted but it would have been nice to know earlier.

It was great to check carryon luggage at no charge when there was no room for ours. A hidden benefit of having low-tier tickets. Also great to stay off plane as long as possible. Airline gave us seats we wanted on this last leg, again at no charge.

No food offered. Parents with babies placed in the middle of the plane. Next time, place parents with babies in the corners of the plane to ensure comfort for others who don’t have babies.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

I didn't realise we wouldn't get food. Not that I was particularly hungry and it was a night flight, but it wasn't clear that wasn't included. I've never had an international flight without food. Air New Zealand provided food for a similar length of night flight but not Air Canada. The Boeing 737 isn't ideal for 6 hours. It felt more cramped than a larger jet. Lots of films and entertainment but nothing worth watching. Air Canada has an annoying habit of putting just two episodes of a series on the entertainment system which means you are left hanging. The crew didn't seem to do much. They didn't clear up empty drinks for hours.

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.

I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.
