The flight crews on HA #821 and HA #822, Narita bound and HNL bound, respectively, exemplified superior customer service attributes. The duvet seat cover, comforter and sturdy pillow made me comfortable during the long flight. I was able to watch five movies on both flights 😂 Nearly all the meals were excellent. However, I did not care for one breakfast dish (scrambled eggs) during my return flight. The eggs were undercooked. Otherwise, all the meals were scrumptious. I commend the first class crew on Hawaiian Airlines. The accommodations and customer service at Hotel Metropolitan Ikebukuro were excellent. However, the room was small but big on comfort. Three people in a room was challenging. 😂 The food at Cross Dine restaurant was delicious and provided a variety of options from western and eastern cuisines. If you lodge here, I highly recommend that you purchase the breakfast plan, which is well worth the convenience and cost. This hotel is conveniently located just about a block away from a train station, shops (Tobu Department Store and Lumine) and delightful restaurants. I love Japan, and so shall you.
