Smooth flight, on time despite Captain’s forecast of troublesome weather conditions.

The aircraft was extremely warm the entire flight. After we landed we were stuck on the plane for another 45 minutes without a gate to deboard from. The smell of exhaust from the engines in the cabin along with the heat inside the cabin made the flight uncomfortable.

in-flight wifi was not working well. also the cabin temperature was a bit hot.

Morbidly obese dude took half my seat. Sore shoulders back from being squeezed. Shame on the airline for not making this guy purchase two seats

Flight was cancelled last minute, had to change and buy another ticket to united airlines, made it 10 minutes late to my international flight and couldn’t get any reimbursement what so ever due to “Weather”, yet all other airlines except south west were running Just fine. Every single time I fly Alaska, it’s a huge delay or cancellation. My hope is that more people avoid this airlines all together until they actually improve.

I like flying Alaska Airlines. I think the staff are happy, the plane is comfortable, the entertainment reasonable, the food acceptable.

The flight was good, comfort in the seat was good, drinks were good, entertainment had a large selection to choose from. I really liked the multi function of the tray tables, I hadn't seen that before. My only downside was that I wasn't able to have your snacks. Please have a wheat free option for a snack.
