Cons: Changing the system to be repaired whenever someone needs to change the phone let be available especially to those who are traveling to other countries and they're new there and they need to do a calling for connection to people who are going to take them to different destinations.

Pros: I liked when there was turbulent, the pilot told us that we should be calm as the plan was going to experience turbulent in a few moment
Cons: I felt like the queen cake had a lot of sugar, think of those who do not eat sugar

Pros: Easy going flight with friendly and hospitable crew
Cons: Plane was quite dirty inside and out

Cons: The breakfast was a donut and roll so no protein or healthy option.

Cons: Late departure led to missed connections, but Kenya Airways did not provide much assistance with this. No-one on hand to upon disembarkation to help affected passengers. I just managed to get my onward flight, but my baggage did not make it, so I am awaiting that.

Pros: Lie Flat beds in Business Class.
Cons: Meal service was very slow, and food was uninspiring. Essentially economy meals placed on proper plates.

Cons: I was very disappointed with Kenya Airways on my recent round trip from Kigali to New York to visit family for Christmas. Due to a delay on my connecting flight from Kigali to Nairobi, I missed my flight to JFK and had to stay in Kenya for a full day, shortening my already brief trip. I do not know what caused this delay other than Kenya Airways staff having seemingly no urgency to get us off the ground. On my return flight to Kigali a delay attributed to “operations” increased my layover from 8 hours to 12 hours. On top of the scheduled delay we were delayed an additional hour because boarding did not begin when it should have. I was also less than impressed with the movie selection on the plane. I will not be flying with Kenya Airways again and now understand why they were the cheapest option!

Cons: A 5 hour 40 minute flight across Africa with no electronic charging ports is not acceptable. The plane was old and uncomfortable. Water cups have gotten so small that I was also dehydrated by the end of the flight. What ever happened to receiving a bottle of water?

Pros: Entertainment system wasn't bad.
Cons: Paid $200 extra for a direct flight and got bumped onto a layover flight. No explanation, no refund and what should have taken 2 hours, took 10.

Pros: Well 1 out of our 3 bags arrived in Bujumbura, Burundi. We had an overnight flight arrived in in Nairobi at 6:00A, sat around the airport until 5:30P and all our clothes didn’t make it to our destination

Cons: Lack of professionalism,people standing and others had taken luggage space in the plane.

Pros: The flight itself was fine, no issues with that.
Cons: Had a long layover in Addis, schedule should be better. But with more than 6 hr layover, they still lost my bag. No one contacted me when it made it to the airport. The site did not reflect it either. I left work on the second day to go check and there it was, under a few other bags, which gave the impression it had been there waiting a day already. Going to try and avoid Kenya airways in the future if possible.

Pros: - plane was empty so I could sit in the exit seats with more legroom. - staff in the plane was extremely nice. - Pilot avoided turbulence zones.

Cons: I got my items stolen . My bag was opened and pilfered I have made a report to the airline but still haven't heard anything

Cons: With the exception of one male flight attendant who was friendly and professional, the Kenya airways flight attendants were surly, invompetent and unprofessional. One yelled at us for asking if we could get a vegetarian meal (on the advice of another Kenya airways flight attendant). Another only bothered to give water to the first 2/3 of the plane and then for some unknown reason simply stopped passing out water. All three of the Kenya airways fights were late but no one said so or why. I would avoid this airline at all costs.

Cons: They lost one piece of baggage. The check-in crew said we were required to have our vaccination cards although nobody asked for them. Then we waited an hour pulling off one piece of baggage and then they didn't load it on our flight.

Cons: Flight was late leaving Dubai therefore causing me and several other people to miss our connecting flight.

Pros: KQ is one of the few I like among African airliners for its streamlined system and staff's friendliness. This time i took note of a young male CA called Tonny who was very smiley all along, demonstrated care towards all passengers, and seemed to enjoy his work genuinely - which is sadly hard to experience with other global airliners. The staff are well-trained, unlike ET, interacting with passengers on an Raul footing, and it was a pleasant journey this time as well.
Cons: I am not quite sure if the staff checking passengers in for the flight in EBB were KQ employees, but with that reservation, I was quite disappointed to learn hat KQ does not provide accommodation for 11-hour transit in Nairobi and make its clients stay inside the airport. I almost assumed that the overnight accommodation is given for such a long layover, but nooo! Even when I asked the checkin lady at the alone counter desk at EBB return modestly, "Do you by any chance provide a hotel room for me for the long transit?" She had the guts to say a straight no without a smile or looking into my eyes. I eventually booked a hotel room on my own which cost me nearly $100. I thought that was ridiculous service modality for a major African airliner.

Cons: The entire experience with Kenya air was terrible, from the very poor customer service and knowledge and honesty of the staff, to the flight itself.

Cons: Flight was delayed by nearly two hours. my baby stroller was left on tarmac in rain and was soaking wet when we received it at JKIA so I could not even put my exhusted son in it. Kenya Airways needs to step up its customer service.

Cons: They lost my luggage going to AFRICA...didn't see the suitcase until 6 days later. When I received the suitcase, over $1000 in equipment was stolen , suitcase was all scrambled...I WAS ROBBED ! ...then on the return flight to HOUSTON, they lost my suitcase again ! W.T.F ?! No one has called me to apologize for anything ! I expect to be reimbursed for my loses, or I will sue the airline.
