The crew was nice. I liked getting a bottle of water to drink.
Everything was fine.
Because of the airplane delayed for one of my stop, I did not catch on my next flight and ended up bought another ticket, I was so disappointed.
The movie selection was very good.
We were supposed to leave at 3:00 PM and the flight didn't actually leave until 4:45 PM. The food was not very good and I had to ask for water. I got a whole bottle of water on the flight from Shenyang to Beijing but on the flight from Beijing to LA I was only offered 2 cups of water. It was hard to get comfortable so I could sleep.
Did not received two luggage bags
I’ve never been on a long haul flight and perspired through my short the entire 14 hours. Hot and stuffy... not great!
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
Flew KLM 27 years ago and the airlines seem to be stuck in the same era. Food is poor quality... Have you recently checked the Gulf carriers.
The crew were hardworking, responsive, conscientious and friendly
Really poor entertainment choices esp compared to my inbound AirFrance flight. Boarding was pretty disorganized and late.

Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them
