Jet blue had best seats by far and Dunkin Donut coffee was to die for
Passengers line up to board instead of waiting for their number rows to be called. I ended up boarding later than most and the overhead lockers of the front rows (where I was sitting) were completely full. I had to place my baggage very far back and wait for almost everyone to leave the plane so I could collect it.
I bought a BA flight because I am oneworld premium member. However, I learnt the flight was operated by Aer Lingus after I bought the ticket and I had no benefits.
The flight attendents were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. I sat in the first row and when I boarded the attendant helped me find a spot for my carry on luggage.
I paid for priority boarding but never had the chance to board early.
Crew was attentive and efficient. The flight was smooth aside from the minor turbulence.
I sat in a seat with a broken entertainment screen and the WiFi was so slow it was unusable. The seat I sat in also would recline on its own at times. It made for a very long annoying and boring flight.
Food was bad. Crew was distracted gossiping. They skipped rows during meal times as they were distracted. The seats are the most uncomfortable airline seats I've ever sat in.
Excellent service and a safe flight.

Flight was okay. Did not get my bag after landing at Mumbai airport. Have to wait 24 hours to get it. Very inconvenient.
Flight was very late. Reason given was a mechanical issue but last minute boarding was people whose flight out of Gatwick was cancelled and they were bussed to Heathrow so I suspect that was the real cause for the delay or at least a part of it
You have to pay to select seats for water and even a basic snack

British Airways makes you pay for water!!! I accept paying for food and drinks but water should be free Also their machines to pay on board don’t accept USA credit cards so I couldn’t pay but a kind flight attendant allowed me to buy with card and she hand wrote info
