For the expense of first class, the seats could have been nicer and higher tier snacks would have been nice.

They delayed the flight 3 hours because it wasn't full they moved us to 5 different gates probably the worst airline ever not even spirit is this bad.

Packed flight, which makes it tough on crew and boarding staff (and the customers of course). But this was great boarding, clear instructions, etc. Traveling on the weekends are always fraught with danger as you have families and less frequent flyers thus more confusion. But this flight went as planned.

Boarded early, left early, arrived 40 mins early! A win win for me!

It isvvery small flight. No leg room . No space to put my personal item at feet.

Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.

My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.

Once again, flight was delayed from Houston to ELP by three hours. The last two-three times were flight crew scheduling issues causing significant delays and a stay over. After traveling internationally for business and needing to drive an hour home after landing close to midnight, this is an unsafe situation when exhausted. United has went from a preferred airline of mine to one of the worst due to reliability. As someone who had to get a new passport because I filled it up pre-pandemic, I still ONLY travel because I have to and not because I want to (leisure) because of the consistent subpar experiences. The United lounge closed at 9pm, so we had to sit in general boarding without working power outlets. Thankfully, the lounge had excellent service, abundant quiet space, and improved food selections.
