Very professional and nice crew. Clean and new planes.
Flights are never on time, seats are extremely small and planes are very often full. Not enough storage for carry on.
Missed flight due to customs they gave vouture then took it back because i booked threw kayak it made it more difficult to change i even obtaijned insurance
Staff was consistently professional, courteous, and good-natured. The seats were fairly comfortable for economy. The food was perfectly fine. Movie selection was very good. Overall very comfortable flight that left and arrived on time!
Flight was cancelled with a very poorly set up e-mail. No alternative suggestions, no phone number where to call, nothing. Very unhelpful. When calling a phone number finally found on the internet there was a 40 min waiting loop, only to then have a very bored and annoyed sounding call attended who finally was able to rebook the flight. Overall very poor service, at the very least there should have been a guideline of what steps to take now in the cancelling of the flight E-mail and where to call.
I liked how smooth the boarding was handled. The flight attendants where polite and helpful. A very comfortable flight.
A Lousy airline. Also for Americans: They don't issue visas to allow the passenger who lost their flight to go to a hotel. They stated that there was a diplomatic problem between Turkey and the US so they don't issues visas anymore to Americans. STAY AWAY FROM TURKISH AIRLINES!
The food, cabin crew behavior, entertainment systems were decent.
1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment.
The landing takeoff was very smooth.
The seats r too small. The food did not taste good. Wn I asked for snacks since I did not eat I was told there is nothing. No wheelchair service. I have never seen in my life such poor wheelchair service.
They have canceled my flight even though I have booked it long time ago. They climed its because they have overbooked the flight. Crew was rude and short tempered, didn't understand the urgency of having to go to that flight

There should be more snacks during the long flight. Only one item was available and it was located in the rear of the plane. It was difficult for senior citizens to avail this service.
Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen.
