Cons: "Not sure. Everything was great! I love the cabin American long haul."
Pros: "Because American Air had to change a light bulb on the plane in Lisbon, which took a couple of hours, we barely made our connecting fligh. We ran from customers TSA to the other end of Philly airport."
Cons: "Another airline."
Pros: "Worst flight of my life"
Cons: "The crew was rude, the entertainment system was broken, there was 0 leg room, and it took hitting the call button 4 times to get water after beverage service (the second time they walked up, turned it off and walked away). I vowed to never fly American again after this flight."
Pros: "We sat in the rear of the plane and had all kinds of room. Just with the crew performed better"
Cons: "The crew seemed unfamiliar with the aircraft misdireting passengers to the wrong areas making the boarding process a complete mess"
Pros: "The exit row seat was clutch!! I couldn’t imagine sitting anywhere else!!"
Cons: "The boarding process was chaotic. Not very much room at the gate and very disorganized."
Pros: "Crew was good."
Cons: "The seat was tiny. It took forever. I hate you people."
Cons: "The plane was not full. I sat in row 32 with two people on either side of me. In the row in front of me there were no people in it. What’s up with that? We also sat on the tarmac at the time that we were supposed to be deplaning. We were waiting on another plane to back out of the gate for 10 minutes. What’s up with that?? American Airlines, get your act together!!!!!"

Cons: "in all the flight you did not have internet WiFi"
Pros: "Amazing flight..,......... Great service"
Pros: "Entertainment was good. Food was pretty decent considering it was gluten free. Wish there were more snacks on command kind of thing. I got really hungry. The guy working at the madrid ticketing counter that helped me check in my bags. Super cool dude. Very easy to talk to. Spoke perfect English and spanish because he was raised in usa but his mom is from spain. He was very detailed in I was going to have to navigate both madrid and dallas airports."
Cons: "The VERY first American Airline lady I met at Madrid airport who was like the first greeter. I was looking at all the different posted signs to see where to go and she says “hola” and i say “hola” back. She asked me which class i was in i said whichever the normal one is. All while im inching my way towards where i seem to already to know where to go. The lady kind of snaps at me and says “stop excuse me im talking to you.” I wasnt really walking away from this lady, i was inching towards what seemed to be i needed to go(and in fact was where i needed to go). I am fully capable of listening and moving at the same time. I dont need to be scolded like 5 year old child because she thinks I wasn’t listening to her. I was listening and progressing towards the place i need to be at the same time and also using two different languages in my head in order to talk to her. So that is just what i would call mulitasking for a person and not grounds for someone to use a parenting tactic on another adult at 730am."
Pros: "Flight was delayed slightly, but pilot made up most of the time in the air. Everyone was polite and flight was totally uneventful."
Cons: "Seat headrest was weird. Made flight slightly uncomfortable."
Pros: "The flights were on time and the staff was very friendly."
Pros: "Range of entertainment options, one crew member was terrific"
Cons: "Comfort of bed, some crew members snarky, old aircraft"
Pros: "Very nice and genuinely friendly flight attendants and ground personnel. Flight arrived early, perfect landing and take off."
Cons: "Kayak/webjet sent me the wrong check in code for the wrong airline operating my flight. I inserted it on the online form multiple times until I was blocked from doing so, and there was no link to communicate online in real time with anyone who could solve the problem. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary, as well as time consuming. It was not how I wanted to spend my final night in Italy. Furthermore, I had to wake up at 4 am to get a very early bus to the airport in order to check in early enough in person. NOT cool. The food was mediocre. The entertainment options were about the worst I've ever seen. My seat hardly went back at all."
Cons: "Start boarding with the last row, not the 1st row - so people settling into the 1st rows do not hold up the people trying to reach the higher numbered rows."
Cons: "Need to change up the videos accessable by WiFi."
Pros: "Free movies and tv"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Equipment malfunction at 11 pm is always really nice."
Pros: "The flight crew was excellent"
Pros: "The staff that pushed us thru the ridiculous process of going thru customs , getting our bags checked again & raced us thru to our connecting fight was amazing !!!"
Cons: "Our connecting flight was too close given we were coming back from Mexico& had to go thru customs. The security at customs were so rude to my mother who was in a wheelchair! The customs checking process was a joke! We barely made to our flight running thru that entire airport pushing my mother in a wheelchair. I can't tell you how horrible the experience was for both of us!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed more times than I can count, we got a different reason each time. Weather I can understand, but telling us we are waiting on a specific crew to arrive and then announcing that crew is not for our flight was just terrible communication. No one seemed apologetic. The only thing they did was bring a snack cart over for us, and that got raided by children so many people didn't get anything. We had arranged transport from Orlando to Tampa for that evening, and our rides had to cancel because instead of 7pm we were now arriving at 130am. Your airline's mistakes put everyone at an inconvenience and we weren't offered assistance to fix it. My husband went to ask for help in arranging new transport home, but he couldn't even get to the front of the line. The customer service was terrible. We really enjoyed our first leg of the flight home with American Airlines, but after the second leg and all of the problems we had... we will not fly with American Airlines in the future."
Pros: "Great crew. Friendly and reaponsive. Easy boarding."
Cons: "4 hour flight from SFO to Charlotte. No food beyond snacks. No entertainemt options. No electrical outlets."
Cons: "We did not get on this flight because AA's scheduled it 90 minutes after landing from an Int'l flight. Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."
Cons: "We boarded, sat on the plane for a while, backed up from the gate, then sat for a while longer. 3 hours later, we had to go back to the gate because we reached the legal limit they can hold us on the plane on the tarmac. Another hour and a half or so later, we finally took off for JFK. We missed our first connecting flight and the second connecting flight I was able to rebook."
Pros: "I loved not having to change planes."
Cons: "It was VERY cold on the plane."
Cons: "While Delta are stepping up their snack & refreshment options, American seems to be joining the downhill slide group. If you don't like dry pretzels... choose another airline. Also had that wonderful experience of learning after boarding that you need to have downloaded the app to be able to reach any entertainment options. And, nowhere to plug the device to keep it alive. I didn't realise that AA was competing with the budget airlines like Rouge now..."
Pros: "The associates at the terminal, who faced long delays and concerned and frustrated customers were patient and gracious. Following prescribed procedures they made announcements, apologized and provided snacks for the long delay."
Cons: "Having to wait for an extended time in the terminal. Delays turned my 10 hour journey into 24 hours."
Pros: "There was an air traffic back-up for a few minutes, and instead of just letting us sit there wondering what was going on, the pilot gave us periodic updates on what was happening, which made the process much easier. Also, the flight attendants were friendly, which makes a big difference."
Pros: "On time departures. Friendly crew."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Poor service They had a severely overweight person sitting next to me. She was struggling putting on her seat belt for a few minutes. I was very uncomfortable in my seat. The flight attendant was walking around withh seat belt extenders ; why are you accommodating severely overweight customers at the expense of others?"
Pros: "Quick flight. but my row and some others behind us did not get beverage service. Never had that happen before."
Pros: "Service was very efficient and responsive. I was lucky to have an empty seat next to me!"
Cons: "Hate, hate, hate not having individual monitors for entertainment....especially considering that it's an international flight."
Pros: "Boarded on time and was easy"
Cons: "The food"
Pros: "Plane was clean; staff professional; no issues."
Cons: "Same as previous response."
Pros: "Everything was pretty decent.. Best part was the price.. Boarding was good staff was good"
Cons: "Wasn't enough room.. kind of tight.. Couple more inches all around would have been perfect though"
Cons: "The flight was operated by American Eagle, on a small regional commuter jet. We had to board from the tarmac and climb a steep flight of stairs to board. Not advisable for anyone with limited mobility."
