I fell asleep and missed my flight and they rescheduled me no problem. Staff was professional and the plane was clean. I was very happy with my experience.
I enjoyed the Starlink access but didn't have much time to use it. It also kept dropping me so I gave up. The food was very good though when I asked for a different "dessert" they didn't have anything. Chocolate Brownie Cookies are not suitable for everyone...maybe children. The flight staff were amazing - at least in First Class! My first time ever! The trip from Boise to San Diego was FAR better than going to Boise.
Our late returning flight was annoying. The plane was small, but it made boarding and disembarking quicker. I do wish they offered a gluten free snack.
I was standing in line to use the restroom. A First Class passenger wanted to use the restroom after me, but Jaques made me wait on Flight 3418 from BOI to SJC on December 12, 2025. I felt this was inappropriate and rude.
Excellent, I traveled with my adult mom, she was happy for your service, especially, because you helped her with the reel chair. Only a little thing, in the airplane to Boise, the seat was very worn.
Everything was great, your crew is always very pleasant. Your airplanes are always so cold though.
The flights left both airports on schedule. The flight from Idaho Falls to Seattle was a typical commuter trip. The flight from Seattle to Maui was not good: It was too long for a flight in a single-aisle plane and too cramped. I kept asking myself if I would ever visit Maui again if airlines continue to run this long flight like a typical short commuter flight. I am not looking forward to the trip home.
Flight was on time. Staff was polite and efficient. The snacks were good - only an hour and a half flight. No entertainment but didn't expect that. We brought our own things to do.

The boarding in Idaho Falls was terrific. The plane was a bit sad, and the snax were subpar. Mostly, I was just grossed out by the Alaska gates in Seattle. EW! Smelly and cramped and dingy!

We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
We got stuck on the tarmac taxiing after landing early so we didn’t get off the plane until an hour later than we thought we would
It was okay. We were delayed for weather reasons, but the pilots and the flight control staff figured a way around the storm and were able to get us to Los Angeles safely. Not all the staff members were polite, but the entertainment on the flight was good.
Crew was real good, flight was smooth and came in early.
Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.
We sat on the runway for over an hour before departure. That was unwelcome.
Flight delayed four separate times. I’m now one hour hours late to landing.
