Pros: loading was smooth, departure was a bit early, arrival in Cedar Rapids was about 30 minutes early!!

Cons: No hot coffee on 7:40am flight. Not right.

Pros: Nothing is good on this flight. It was delayed by 7 hours and the communication is not proper

Cons: Our flight was delayed 3-1/2 hours. The gate crew booked us in another flight but did not issue a ticket, so after transferring to another terminal, we were sent back to the Delta terminal to be issued a ticket to a third airline since we already missed the second flight. Then, they lost our luggage

Cons: The Delta flight leaving Cleveland was a hour and a half late so we could not make our connection to get home and had to overnight in Minneapolis. This is the fourth time in six flights For Delta. I think the Kayak booking algorithm needs to allow more time between connecting flights.

Cons: I came from a long trip from France, the seat I was assigned was not reclinable, close to the restroom. I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out

Pros: It was so smooth.No long lines ,no delays,a straight thru flight.And on Christmas Eve morning.

Pros: The air line didn’t let me aboard my fly cause my baby Of 6 months!! Was needed a ticket to fly!!!! So I was on time to aboard, but the airline say was too late Really sad.

Pros: The crew at the checking counters were very accommodating. Knowing that I had requested a wheelchair, they changed my seat to one that was closer to the door.

Pros: Nothing. It is a cheap airline and it shows. It is the worst airline I have ever flown.

Cons: The crew was okay but it must be depressing to work for a company where you cannot get a glass of water without paying for it. I had never flown allegiant and was not prepared for paying $50 for my carry on bag.

Cons: I wish water was free. That is the only thing I don't like. I understand it's a cheap airline so everything cost extra, which is fine. But come on, water should be free.

Pros: The flight was average, but the quality of travel on Delta this year has been the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s average at best and I’m considering going back to American because I have yet to have a true Delta flight consistent with previous years, the whole reason I switched to Delta.

Cons: Stop stuffing too many people in an airplane, stop charging for every little thing, nothing nice or fun about flying in the US.It is just the fastest way to get to places..International airlines are much better and not cattle planes.

Cons: Can't tell how the flight was because missed connecting flight from LAX to SJC because Westjet from YYZ to LAX had a mechanical issue. They end up replacing a tire which caused a 1.5 hr flight delay

Cons: Everything at the Atlanta Airport. From the airport and staff itself to those working for Delta Airlines. It has been so bad, that I am thinking of flying with American Airlines again and avoiding the Atlanta Airport all together. Absolutely the worst airport in the country, Delta not much better

Pros: The crew was good , plane was delayed and late for departure. Second flight was delayed by 2 1/2 hours , I just can’t catch a break !!

Cons: I could not log onto the website and check my carryon bag , cost me $50 at check in. It would not recognize my number for the first flight. I’m a known traveler on Frontier so I did log in with them .

Pros: No leg room & very misbehaved children sitting behind me. The children screamed the whole time, kicked our seats, and the mother had no control. If you are any taller than 5’9”, you may want to consider an exit row seat to have room for your legs. My knees were jammed in to the seat in front of me.

Cons: When boarding in Asheville. Flight crew had no control. Everyone bumrushed counter. No control of boarding. Adults boarding before parents with children. People boarding priority when they are not.
