Cons: First class almost always guarantees a much better experience!
Pros: The flight attendants were amazing. 12 people had a connecting flight and they brought a shuttle bus. You dont see that kind of service any more 10 stars for that
Cons: Super small plane.
Pros: Grateful Delta still has drink and snack service. Also grateful to still be able to bring a carry on on board. Good movie selections.
Cons: Customs when we arrived in MPLS. Around 300 people get off the plane and they have 1 TSA agent checking passports. Terrible staffing and management on their part. Pretty sad!
Cons: It took longer to get from nyc to dc that it did Venice to NYC. Horrible....got home at 2am

Pros: Delta Premium Economy (or whatever it's called) is definitely a step up. Food is pretty good and seats leave more room, so you don't feel crunched.
Cons: First seat (no chance to put thngs underneath seat in front) MUST have a real space (as even economy generally has). There was a small pouch that would fit almost nothing. Staff was poor. Never a smile or friendliness from flight attendant and no help when asked.
Pros: crew found me an outlet for laptop
Cons: We paid for comfort plus but the seats were no different than main cabin. Comfort plus experience on other legs was much better.
Pros: The crew was polite and attentive the entertainment was good. Every thing else was pretty disappointing. The bathrooms onboard were pretty Dirty. The flight was delayed and no overhead baggage space. For such a long and delayed flight they gave me one pack of cheez it. Terrible value for money :(
Cons: More snacks considering the delay. Maybe even a some sort of credit for my time wasted.

Pros: The male crew member was excellent. He was responsive and speedy with trying to find a solution. He gave me a few flyer miles for my trouble and was empathetic, which is rare.
Cons: The tv/monitor didn’t work so there wasn’t any entertainment for the majority of the flight.
