Always having a good experience with Lufthansa. I prefer them over anyone else. Sometimes prices need to be more affordable. Munich airport is clean and good, services are available and it’s overall a good experience. I have been flying with Lufthansa for close to a decade and I hope many more to come.

I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable.

Disappointing. Too many let-downs, in delays and communication, by both Lufthansa and Discover to put in an email. I am resigned to the fact that this is what I should expect from all airlines. Unfortunately.

Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬

Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.

Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.

I fell on July 18 went to the emergency room and injured my left hip with torn ligaments. Obviously I couldn’t travel and had to cancel my trip to the Paris Olympics. Yet Lufthansa only refunded the taxes. Unacceptable. I will never recommend that airline.

My flight was delayed by 10h the crew was useless didn’t care a bit once we landed they couldn’t get the luggage out of the airplane for another 2h old plain old crew poor service I’ll never fly Lufthansa again

Mechanical problems had to be fixed after all the passengers were boarded, and kept on the plane for over close to two hours with no air conditioning. Did not have enough snacks for everyone to distribute. Also, the movie screen did not work and no-one seem to be interested in helping us fix the problem. And the last, two people from our family got severe food poisoning. Arrived Atlanta 4 hours later than estimated 2:35 pm landing time. Deeply disappointed in Lufthansa, since it has been one of our preferable air companies to fly with.
