Pros: Landed early and everything was just as expected.

Cons: Had paid for main cabin extra but saw other regular coach passengers using up overhead space in section. Other American flights have monitored this to save space for extra fare passengers.

Cons: The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical.

Cons: We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!

Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.

Pros: The boarding was great and moved very well. The crew super friendly and helpful.

Cons: More information on how to use the complimentary Wifi in the cabin. I had the app and it helped me but it’s not immediately in front of you so the passenger can decide. You guys offer WiFi in packages and most of the other airlines do not.

Pros: Not like...... I lost some Metal items that I put under the seat in front of me and in the rush forgot to pick them up. Oops this was a dislike. Was unable to collect them as I can't describe them.

Cons: The whole trip was good other than above item. I really like Alaska and especially the crew.

Cons: From reservation I was put off. Immediately after booking the flight on line I realized I made a mistake and called Kulula to explain the wrong month was selected. It took forever to correct this and literally cost the same to rebook a whole new flight. One would have thought that a mistake found within minutes would have been able to be corrected as part of their customer service but clearly not. I fully accept the mistake was on my part but as a regular international and regional traveler, I’ve had better experiences with other airlines when you run into problems. Lesson learned. Don’t make a mistake with Kulula. They will make you regret it. The plane on boarding was hot and very smelly. All eats and drinks are to be purchased. Otherwise the rest of the flight

Cons: Could have had a screen for entertainment vs relying on customers to use their own devices which may not be set up for movies.

Cons: The controls for entertainment are on the arm rest so next passenger always hitting volume and channels

Pros: There was nothing I liked. The plane was an hour late and nearly missed my connection.

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Cons: Boarded late, took forever to get de-iced, went to runway, went back for more de-icing. Not good.

Pros: Seats and layout was updated. More room in economy. Staff was personable 3 bathrooms in economy rather than just 2.

Cons: Can’t think of anything. A few times I’ve flown Delta, the service has improved. Having helpful staff on board is very important . Years ago it was very unpleasant to fly Delta because of rude flight attendants especially on us domestic flights. Hopefully that has all changed. Especially the older crew. If they can’t stand doing better customer service they need to retire . Happy to fly Delta and will let people know.

Cons: My initial flight on 17 Jan was cancelled due to plane issues and then was rebooked on a flight 48 hrs later. I was not offered a complimentary hotel stay or meals since it was their fault u was stuck. Horrible experience.

Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.

Pros: The crew & plane were solid!

Cons: The gogo inflight entertainment was super buggy (kept losing the movie and making me restart from the beginning) & they ran out of popular food options early.

Pros: Best part was that the flight was only 30 minutes, short and sweet.

Cons: American Airlines have to improve with their food. Spend more than 500 for ticket and they cannot provide lunch for > 5 hour flight? We had to buy that food as well. They also boarded us too soon and didn't have time to grab the food outside as our time between flight is only 50 mins.
