Pros: "The crew on Air NZ is consistently wonderful. The entertainment and sets for domestic flights are good, but not great. For international flights, their seats and entertainment are excellent."

I also disliked that some of the crew members drove the food/beverage cart violently through the isles and saw as one of the crew members rammed into another person's leg, to only say "oh sorry" and kept on going. This same crew member missed picking up the trash from an entire row and was throwing trash on the floor. She was more interested in caring for a baby on board (not sure if it was her daughter or family member) than the rest of the passengers. I also didn't like the seats were so close to each other, the person in front of me almost hit my face when he reclined his seat all the way back. There wasn't much room to breath let alone stretch."

Pros: "Very friendly and frequent service while in-flight. It was great having my own monitor built into the seat to watch available movies or tv shows I wanted to for the duration of the flight. Flight attendants would walk the aisles every two hours and offer water to everyone. I had never flown Air New Zealand before, but now it's one of my top airlines."

Cons: "Customer service and ability to sort out technical issues were truly appalling. My touch screen monitor crashed and the controls that would enable me to alert crew members for any concerns also didn't work. Both issues happened twice. The second time, I informed them that if these technical issues continued to fail and couldn't be resolved, I needed to be placed in another seat, of which I specifically told them was not to be a seat far behind my current row seat. Instead, they went and offered me a seat that was 22 rows behind, especially after I had paid extra fees to sit in the seat I was given higher up the aisle. I also informed them that I wasn't feeling well and the closer I was to the exit when we landed, the better. They ignored these concerns. That is unacceptable considering that it was their system that was faulty in the first place that led to these problems. Their staff also failed to regularly walk the aisles to ensure customers were okay with the service. I've been on planes whereby the crew is constantly walking around to ensure everyone is being taken care of. For example, I had a great experience with Korean Air where I saw staff every 10-15mins checking on customers. Air New Zealand completely failed in this regard. When my system crashed the second time, because I couldn't call anyone in the crew using the controls on my touch screen, and the person sat next to me was asleep (didn't want to wake him up to use his device to call!), I waited 25-30mins before going up to the crew station to seek help. I had to wait an additional 10-15mins before I even saw someone at the crew station. There are some other issues I encountered but the above were the main ones. This is the first time I've actually had to criticize an airline for it's customer service. I've been travelling for over 25 years and never encountered what I did today. I certainly won't be flying with them again."

Cons: "I was issued a ticket with a window seat as I had requested. However, when I boarded and sat in the seat I was assigned, I was moved because it turned out that the couple that was sitting next to me had purchased the seat so they could lay down. I was seated at another window seat, but it turned out the couple in that row had paid extra to have that seat empty as well. I was not only re-seated before the plane took off, but then I was re-seated THREE more times until finally being put in a middle seat after the flight was in flight. To top it all off, the plane was so delayed I missed my connecting flight to my final destination."

Attendant said it was because tickets bought too close to take off don't get to pick seats, but we bought our tickets about three weeks before. Also, my boyfriend and I sat in a full row while the row in front of us only had one person. It would've made more sense to put that person in one of our seats and us in that row to give four people more space instead of just one."

Cons: "My original flight from IND to LGA was cancelled due to weather and I was rebooked for the next day. I was forced to spend a night in a hotel near the airport. Then my flight the next day kept being delayed, first 5 min, then 20, then 40, etc until 2.5 hrs. Since the delays kept increasing, I decided to rebook on another flight with a very tight connection in Detroit--the only other option. When my flight arrived, the other fight was already boarding and I ran to make it. Luckily I got to the gate in time, just before the door closed. The original flight ended up with a 3.5 hr delay!!! That is unacceptable."

I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Cons: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."

Pros: "The flight went smoothly from boarding to landing. The crew was helpful, kind, & courteous. I would definitely fly Air France again. Online check-in was also easy to follow and complete."

Pros: "Croissants instead of pretzels was a nice change of snack"
Cons: "Computer failure rendered the check in process a total mess. Staff seemed utterly at a loss and also totally unprepared for this very early and very full flight. Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

Cons: "Airport handling is catastrophic. A lost bagage created the twins to be locked. Half an hour and we could not enter. Delays and huge mess in front of police checkpoint. No announcement and no care for passengers approaching departure time. And to top it all no announcement of any delays. Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"

Cons: "Ground service at check-in was very poor: Misinformation and failure to provide a level of service that other SkyMiles partners provide for Gold level traveler."

Cons: "Flight attendants not enforcing mask rules. Unfortunately, many people on my flight seemed to think they're not concerned by the pandemic, and were keeping their noses out of their masks, or frequently removing their masks"

Pros: "They were fine. Seemed really short with a mom and her children but other than that, average."
Cons: "Well, my flight was delayed for an hour and a half and it seemed like the airlines mistake, not weather. It's going to make me over 2 his late to a concert, which is the main reason I came here. So hopefully they let me in, or I just spent $300 for nothing."

Pros: "I liked that the armrest came up and that the walkway was a bit wider than other airplanes."

Cons: "Paid for a seat with extra legroom, but passenger in next seat allowed small child to run back and forth in the legroom. Nothing was done when observed by crew"

Cons: "The flight attendant was outstanding. Flexible. Good sense of humor and very professional"

Pros: "The crew was very courteous and helpful, they seemed to have a positive attitude and worked with passengers like they really enjoyed their job."
Cons: "There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight."

Cons: "Late. Again. For no good reason."

Cons: "More leg room, more attentive to customers with disabilities"

Cons: "Well the flight was delayed out of Indy and then due to some emergency at Ohare, we taxied for at least 30 minutes causing me to be late for my connecting flight and now I'm still here waiting for my new flight which is delayed."

Pros: "Nice crew! Specifically remember Monica"
Cons: "Boarding was inconvenient and the plane was half empty, leaving the majority of the passengers in the back. I’m sure it’s because of weight distribution but it’s still kind of annoying."

Cons: "The lady behind me was a bit of a crank / wouldn’t allow me to recline the seat / kept pushing it up. REALLY , that 3 inches was affecting you . SMH"

Cons: "The plane was not full. I sat in row 32 with two people on either side of me. In the row in front of me there were no people in it. What’s up with that? We also sat on the tarmac at the time that we were supposed to be deplaning. We were waiting on another plane to back out of the gate for 10 minutes. What’s up with that?? American Airlines, get your act together!!!!!"

Cons: "Still need more wgroom as someone over 6 feet tall."

Pros: "Super great flight attendant in first class. Very friends and beautiful smile. Nice to see on stressful days traveling. Nice job!"

Pros: "As a fat guy, I really like these newly built AA airplanes with huge seats. Two great flight attendants, too (a rare thing this day and age). Better than average coffee for an airline."
Cons: "Terrible turbulence. I know it's not AA's fault, but still, despite how nice the plane and staff were, I was sweating bullets for two hours!"

Cons: "Flight itself was good, but will never book via JustFly again. 2/3 of my flights were cancelled and I was never notified. Then I had to call to reschedule, which took almost an hour. Then they stated they would send my confirmation via email 24-48 hours. 3 days later and the confirmation still never came. SO I had to call again and wait another half hour. No point in booking through a 3rd party for that type of hassle."

Cons: "American has gone to these thin seats so that they can cram more cattle into the back. They are absolutely the most uncomfortable seats I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to sit in, and unless you're willing to pay even more for "premium" seats, you won't even have enough space to sit. I will never, never, ever give American Airlines another penny."

Cons: "I didn't like how we were 20 minutes early yet after 1.5 hours of sitting on the Tarmac that I missed my connection by a few minutes. I wish the crew hadn't falsely informed the passengers onboard that the other planes would be delayed with the communication issue @ Reagan (DC)."

Pros: "Senior flight attendant and pilots were friendly and competent as were the checkin personnel. We also appreciated the fact that the flight was on schedule. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of coach."

Cons: "The tickets we purchased should have taken us from Indianapolis to San Diego with a 2 hour-ish layover in San Francisco. Instead, we got changed to Indianapolis to San Diego with a 15 minute layover in Chicago. Our plane landed in Chicago 20 minutes early, but then we sat out on the runway for 45 minutes waiting for a gate despite being able to see 3 or 4 open gates from our window. We didn't get to deplane until after our connecting flight was already boarding and both my fiance and I had to use the restroom really bad. Needless to say we had to literally run to catch our connecting flight."

Pros: "New plane with United. There was actually space to put my personal under the seat. Good free in-flight entertainment options."

Cons: "The plane is too small, I'm 6 foot 4 inches tall and there no leg room, my leg was raising the middle arm rest, I apologized to the guy next to me...he was cool about it. The plane does not absorb turbulence very well. That plane is to small for a flight that is a little over 2 hours"

Cons: "UA flights always get delayed and this time I failed to catch my connecting flight to London. I was rescheduled to the flight in the morning of the second day. And when we were heading for London half way, the pilot said some sensors stopped working and we had to come back to Dulles. To be honest, I will never take UA flights anymore, it is just TERRIBLE!"

Pros: "On the way to Chicago I was pleased with the staff."
Cons: "I knew I had a layover in Chicago but what I didn't know was that I would have to sit on a plane for over an hour with no air conditioning. It was incredibly hot and because of this I missed my flight to LA which took off earlier than my ticket said."

Cons: "No drink service on either flight, dumped on jetway and had to take bus to a gate and then navigate to our new gate. This made short layover time even shorter. I flew United down there and had drink service for that led of flight with them."

Cons: "Uncomfortable, and unsafe, seat - with the bottom sagging badly on the right side at the back. Narrowly avoided having to check my hand luggage through to Nice, France, which would have been the second time on a row! Why, oh, why can't they ENFORCE the carry-on rules that are supposed to limit the size and number, as they do in Europe?! If you're in group 5, forget carry-on."

Cons: "Actually I never got a flight to Seattle yesterday. My flight was cancelled and was on hold with United for over 2 hours only to have them tell me they could rebook for two days later. They said that was the only option in the whole Midwest on all airlines. I don't believe them. Horrible customer service. Ive had nothing good to say about United. I am supposed to fly through Newark tomorrow to Seattle and I hope that flight isn't cancelled because I've already missed two days of work. I am very displeased right now. No compensation either."

Pros: "So first scheduled flight canceled., I broke land speed records and paid an additional 50 dollars to get booked on an earlier leaving flight. Boom it was cancelled as well. I'm attempting to fly out at creak of dawn today! Still not home! United had alot of work to do! !!!!!"
