Flight was cancelled and the only reschedule time they could manage was the next day at 830pm. No advanced warning or viable options to choose from. Absolutely horrible experience spending 12 hours in an airport trying to get home.
For starters, it might have been good to not change planes last minute so half the plane missed their connecting flights. Should’ve flown United instead
please turn the wifi on in all flights :(
Red eye flight delayed 2 hours to take off. Seats were moved and split without telling us and had to sit separate from family. My window seat was not really a window seat (had a gap so tough to sleep). Meh.
The bulk head seats in this aircraft is void of a walk with screens or a screen holder.

Cons: "I can't rate it because they canceled my entire itinerary without so much as an email. I did not take my flight to Wilmington via my original flight. I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

Cons: "Everything else was a NIGHTMARE. We bought our tickets in Nov. I paid for an upgrade and assigned seats in FEBRUARY. We flew May 13. Not only did they RESELL and REASSIGN our seats to someone else -- we could not get a refund for the upgrade we paid for. To add insult to injury, the only seats they could give us were in the back of the plane next to the toilet. Having heard so many similar nightmare stories about American Air I can say I will never ever fly American Air again. We now have to spend our firrst few days home from vacation disputing that charge, writing letters and making calls to get that damn refund. I will be sharing my discontent far and wide. Whoever at corporate thinks it's best practice to sell and sell and sell seats and live with the aggravation of the customers has an upside down notion of how to run a successful business. NIGHTMARE."

Cons: "If I had not contacted the airlines myslelf to ensure that the second leg was still intact and i was still supposed to board, they would have canceled this leg of the trip as well. Because i drove to JFK, nyslelf on that day to make it for this leg. Luckily a friend had told me to contact the airline directly about this, otherwise BA would have canceled it since i did not come vie first leg of the trip. No one from Kayak told me to do this."

Cons: "We were delayed for over two hours and when we finally landed in Dallas we sat on the runway for two hours because American had planes at the gates because of previous canceled flights. We didn't get to a gate until two hours after we landed."
Pros: "At 10 pm no one would help to get a room to spend the night. No vouchers. No help for a mother with infant. Had to find hotel on own."
