Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)"

Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair."

The economy seats were really tight, more suitable for a 2-3 hour domestic flight, not for a transoceanic 7 hour flight. I paid $81 for my seat since AA did not let me choose my seat. $81 for a seat that was really uncomfortable and with very limited leg room. I felt ripped off. There were common screens as entertainment instead of individual ones, very obsolete. This will be the last AA flight I will take."

Cons: "The three and a half hour delay was not great, but since it was due to weather issues in Chicago, certainly not the airlines fault. However, the communication about the delay was terrible. There was nobody and the gate, so we were relying on automated notifications from the airline. They kept pushing it later by 30 - 45 minutes at a time. We could have gone to the airport much later but just didn't know that."

We couldn't put the arm rest down between us he was so fat. I am a 60 year old man that is 5 ft 10 in and weighs 165 pounds with a slender frame. Plus, the guy had BODY ODOR and smelled horrible. It was a 100% full flight or I would have asked to be moved. Now, about two hours later after the flight, my body is sore from sitting awkward for nearly 3 hours. Second time, there was still another plane on the runway, and the tower called us off. Multiple passes at the runway do not inspire a passenger's confidence in the ability of the pilot.
