Cons: No complaints with airline but flight was a little ruff on approach made me a little nauseous.

Pros: The boarding wasn’t smooth, there were 3 women at the podium listing zones and it was very mumbled and low, quite hard to hear despite the small area dedicated to Allegiant passengers.

Cons: The women at the podium listing flights could have been friendlier and more customer service oriented... there was a lot of mumbling into the speaker for boarding ... and the person kept giggling into the mic. Once past boarding, everything was great !

Pros: Definitely the price. Fairly quick boarding process, just a little congested. Decent priced drinks.

Cons: Not the most comfortable seats, but there was no one next to me, so it was okay.

Pros: They let us board early with two young kids

Cons: Everything is a la carte from food and drink to baggage

Pros: Nothing. It is a cheap airline and it shows. It is the worst airline I have ever flown.

Cons: The crew was okay but it must be depressing to work for a company where you cannot get a glass of water without paying for it. I had never flown allegiant and was not prepared for paying $50 for my carry on bag.

Cons: The warning about alcohol was a bit sarcastic, but I guess in today's world people who have acted out are the real culprits...

Cons: They would not refund the charge for a carry on I made in error. I did not have a carry on. Would not give me info as to where I could take my complaint so I guess I took it here. The guy at the desk was HORRIBLE

Cons: Uhh not boarding and then the pilot coming on and saying "whoops we have to deplane since the weather is bad." Really? Why not just delay boarding instead of putting everyone through that. Terrible experience

Cons: Both flights of this trip were delayed over an hour with no explanation. Major impact was my transportation arrangements on the return were impacted and forced a rental expense.

Pros: Allegiant knows how to get people off and back on the plane ASAP. The last few flights I have taken we left early and arrived earlier than planned because of this. Crew was friendly. I like the fact the flights are direct and no layovers at airports.

Pros: The crew was good , plane was delayed and late for departure. Second flight was delayed by 2 1/2 hours , I just can’t catch a break !!

Cons: I could not log onto the website and check my carryon bag , cost me $50 at check in. It would not recognize my number for the first flight. I’m a known traveler on Frontier so I did log in with them .

Pros: Everything was perfect. New plane, super clean!! Even though the seats don't recline, they're still quite comfortable. I love how wide the aisle is...people have plenty of room to move around.

Pros: No leg room & very misbehaved children sitting behind me. The children screamed the whole time, kicked our seats, and the mother had no control. If you are any taller than 5’9”, you may want to consider an exit row seat to have room for your legs. My knees were jammed in to the seat in front of me.

Pros: Great crew. Good on-time flight (early, actually). Smooth boarding.

Cons: Standard no-frills gripes. Seat is tolerable but basic, no recline. No power, zero inflight entertainment, etc etc. They won't even give you a sip of water for free, which is just absurd in my opinion. They did give me a free cup of ice... so I guess ice + time = free water...

Cons: The woman that checked my bag kept calling me "sir" and after I corrected her a second time she rolled her eyes and said "oh, I don't even look up" I am not a man. For Pete's sake pay attention.
