THE SEATS ARE A JOKE!!!! YOU CALL THIS BUSINESS CLASS SEATS ? ITS A DISGRACE.. NARROW, CLAUSTRIPHOBIC SEATS CAN NEVER BE COMPENSATED FOR BY FOCUSING ON BETTER WUALITY FOOD SERVED....... The prices and many to choose from: Very unfriendly unprofessional and difficult staff and lacked English skills. Had the pleasure to go to Istanbul in 2022 but went on Jordan Airlines and found Turkey a wonderful place with kind people. The experience as a first time flyer on Turkish Airlines was so disappointing that received not to go into Turkey was so upset about this cruel treatment

I was not given basinett seat.The connecting flight was missed due to airline fault i was not accomodated for hotel.Drinks were normt served frewuently.Never travelling again on tirkish airlines.I always travel wiyh family by turkish airline but no more.zero stars

My wife and 7 months old baby had a terrible experience traveling, we paid extra for bassinet they didn’t provided.she missed her flight due to late landing of the flight, they were unsupportive to my family due to that my wife and kid suffered a lot.

The seat 7A had no padding. I needed to sit on the provided pillow.
