Was not happy that we had to wait an additional 50 minutes for passengers that were still in TSA. This delay made us miss our connecting flight in Seattle to get home to tuck in our two little toddlers. We ran off the plane and ran across the entire airport trying to make this flight only to get to the gate to see that they have ended boarding. So they were willing to wait for passengers in Hawaii but not Seattle?? Especially when this wasn't even our fault. I expect to receive miles for missing our flight and spending an additional 4 hours in Seattle.
All employees were very nice and I was very comfortable
I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there
It was really nice as always and i enjoyed the flight this time around wasn't as much turbulence.
Seat did not recline yet fare was the same as one that did !!!
Great service. Got in early into Seattle and everything went great.
entertainment (use your own hardware) was difficult and I don't like tiny tiny screens for movies. "we're locking the bathrooms" messge came as they locked them. how about a warning, e.g. we will lock bathrooms in 15 on our final approach...
First time having to use a wheelchair after a surgery. It was great and they were so very helpful and accommodating.
My flight was on schedule, ground crew looks overworked, flight crew was great but refreshments could be better. The plane was clean and fairly new. Seats were comfortable but leg room was tight.
