Cons: "The trip from Atlanta Georgia to Austin Texas was TERRIBLE!! The delta staff working the counter in Atlanta were rude, I was actually forced to get a complete stranger to help me with my wheelchair because there was no staff to help me. I was yelled at by delta staff. It was a horrible experience."

Flight was delayed by one hour, then another 1/2 hour then cancelled and changed till the next day. We were not allowed to get our luggage & put up in a dirty hotel. I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I finally arrived home…i noticed the airline had damaged the zipper on my suitcase.

They instructed me to come back the following date to fly. I was not compensated nor offered at the very least an apology. The ticketing staff was unprofessional and attempted to blame me for not flying. Do not fly Ethiopian Airlines out of Accra ever!!!"
