Pros: "Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears."

No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Also, even as a slim person, the seats are crammed together so we all knock elbows and I am disappointed that all the airlines continue to reduce space. Arrival at Logan, Boston was a nightmare...2 hours to get through passport control, customs and baggage pick up. Don't fly into Boston at 9pm Saturday night! I flew outbound with AerLingus and the leg room was better so I will look to fly with them next time."

Cons: "boarding seems intent of creating class divisions. it may be useful for profitability, but it seems quite weird in today's world. food was significantly worse than the food on another flight i had taken the same day, delhi to london. seats are a bit janky and we had problems with the seat ahead reclining too much and not being able to be held upright."

Cons: "Seats on 747 recline back way too far. Could not enjoy my flight back from London with the guy in front of me reclined back so far. Was forced to recline my seat all the way back as well if I wanted to watch anything. I guess it's OK if you are on an overnight flight and just want to sleep. Everything else was great though."

When they heard about our plight at LHR Term. 5 when connecting to this flight, they were very considerate and offered to send in a report (still waiting for the result of this, no contact yet 6 days later). Again, the luggage space and lie-flat seats (Club World) and meals (except my gluten-free meal) were very good, as was entertainment and cleanliness of the plane and lavs. This flight was supposed to be delayed by two hours, but in the end, they managed to take off at the originally scheduled time. More good news: the flight was smooth and arrived on time and most importantly, safely. Luggage arrived quickly and in good condition on the carousel. BA is really good!"
Cons: "Lavs: Lavs were clean, which is always good, but there was no red/green availability lights on this aircraft, those would be helpful."

Pros: "This was a very empty flight. I heard there were around 150 open seats. It gave me nearly the entire back of the plan. The staff was attentive and friendly. The plane had a good selection of movies. The meal was pretty good for economy and the drinks were available whenever I wanted them. It was easy getting on board and deplaning in Boston. Good experience!"
Cons: "The plane (747) was a bit old, so the entertainment screens are quite dated. The comfort was good, but just a LITTLE more room in economy would have been great if the flight had been full."

Cons: "In london it took 3 hours to rebook. They rebooked me to JFK onward LGA to BOS the next day. The flight to JFK landed 9:30 PM as scheduled. Poor slot management lead to 2 hours on the Tarmac. 11:30 PM flight is taxied to another terminal. No BA customer service here. BA baggage service takes 2.5 hours to write a hotel voucher. Left Airport and reached Hotel at 3 AM. It took a further 1 hour for the Hotel to verify the vouchers. Finally hotel room at 4:15 AM"

Pros: "This flight was very empty, which made for quick boarding and a comfortable journey. We were on time and luggage came out promptly. Overall a really easy flying experience (despite a bit of turbulence)."
Cons: "The pasta dishes continue to be uninspiring, but at least the dessert was tasty! Also, my last BA flight had outlets for personal electronic devices, which this did not - I would have really appreciated having a way to charge my laptop and keep working."
