Better snack selection.

They canceled the whole flight because of a warning light! Everyone had to spend another night because they did not stock a simple part. Then the staff timed out and had to take a break. Ridiculous

The flight was on time. Delta was very communicative as far as checking in, luggage, boarding ect. I was traveling with an infant, it would’ve been nice if they helped us out with an aisle seat.

The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

Aer lingus used to be awesome, after Covid travel with them is a nightmare, I would have much rather flew with British air ways or united. Arrived over 3 hours early for my flight and the line to get boarding passes on a Monday morning in the Dublin was close to a 2 hour wait, mind you the security lines and custom lines were long, we just made it to our gate and gave ourselves over 3 hours. I can’t imagine what it would be like on a weekend. The staff at the ticket counter had 3 desks open for general boarding with a line of over a 100 people waiting, I also thought it was very weird that they had a closing gate line, so if show you an hour before your plane leaves you saved yourself from waiting in extremely line. Also they told me my bag would connect with me to my connection flight. That was not true. Got to the right gate and no one working there was organized, passengers were all confused on where to stand there was no room for sitting the gates are tiny! Makes no sense all Dublin in the last 15 years re did their international wing, and they failed at that, it’s insanely tiny gate areas for international flights? Also I really don’t like how they make everyone shut or open the window shade at certain times on the plane. And their breakfast sandwich was a panini and cheddar cheese, just bread and cheese? Seems like a meal you’d feed a picky toddler.

Was told I would have choices of other seats that I did not have to pay for but this was not true. Was told at check in 24 hrs before I could get her another seat and not pay. For a 10 hr flight, my tv screen did not work. Staff tried to fix it but were unsuccessful."

Cons: "My flight was delayed by two hours leaving Fort Lauderdale. As a result of that delay I miss my connecting flight to Palm Springs. I was rebooked for a flight to smile Palm Springs the next day which I did not except. Then I was booked to leave Dallas to Los Angeles that flight was delayed also. To make matters worse my bags ended up in LA when they were supposed to be route it all the way to Palm Springs. I still don’t have my bags yet. Called three times and the representatives cannot reassure me of my bags on the way."

Cons: "They even charge for water, just like Easy Jet and the low price airlines. BA doesn’t accept US credit cards online, nor do they accept cash. The simple drink service takes forever. I feel sorry for the flight attendants who have to fill out paper credit card forms if you present an American credit card. It’s like we are back in the 1970s. Ridiculous. It’s a $45/bag charge to check your bag. That’s almost double the standard $25 for American carriers. May try to avoid BA in the future."

Cons: "Flight delayed and missed connection. Ground crew in Rome assured there would be no further delays and connection would be made. Then plane was held on runway for 30 minutes after arriving 1.25 hour late. No complimentary drinks or snacks for a 3 hour flight. Landed 15min before connecting flight departed and was told by crew that a BA representative would be at gate to meet passengers who "missed" connection to LA, but no representative for the LA connection was present (only for other connections) though 20 passengers were on the same LA connection. Approximately 30 other passengers missed other connections. Was told that we would not make transfer to connection in same gate though we still had 10min before departure. At rebooking desk, was told "this happens all the time". Given meal vouchers to use at hotel by London Heathrow. Dinner voucher was valid only at hotel for a single dinner option (chicken, curry, salad, and water only - no juice nor soda, etc.)."

Flight delays happen all of the time but the real issue was that there was very little information shared with us as to why, how long, etc. We ended up sitting on the tarmac for more than an hour without so much as an offer of water by the crew. When we did get into the air, it took the crew a full hour to reach all of the rows with refreshments, none of which (including water) were complimentary."
Cons: "It took FOREVER to get our boarding passes. We did wind up checking our bags, but there was no option to do self check and have boarding passes printed at a kiosk, so everyone had to go through the line and the line was incredibly slow. There were just as many lines for people who had checked in online and just needed to drop their bags - this made no sense to me! There should only have been one line for that and the rest should have been dedicated to getting the rest of the passengers checked in."

Cons: "They didn't have complimentary water on a 3-hour flight from Rome to London so I bought a small water for £1.80. Compared to KLM, which served organic and free range food, even on a much shorter flight, British Airways doesn't hold up."
Cons: "During the checkin from Rome to SFO for some reason I did not received assigned seats to the flight # 285 from Heathrow to SFO. When I came to customer service - customer support said that they sold more tickets than airplane has. I was VERY disappointed. A a result they put me to the next flight 287 that was scheduled 3 hours later. They gave me money compensation. I would recommend British Airways not to work like that. From my side I will never use this airline company any more. Thanks."

We were not fine also the security crew at Heathrow was incredibly slow and there were 3 standing around talking and one very slow very rude lady going through bags which caused us also to be delayed and have to run to catch connecting flight to SF just barely made it - totally unacceptable."

She ended up checking it and told him he had to get it in baggage claim. This flight was already 1.5 hours delayed and we had a connecting flight from London to US that left in 30 minutes. We were not able to go to baggage claim to get the luggage. We then found out she never tagged it and they had no way of linking it with him."
