Pros: "Guess what, we took off and arrived on time!"
Cons: "Attitude of staff, cleanliness of cabin, actual cod fish (not tilapia/suay) etc. For dinner. Good Swedish scotch too"

Cons: "The flight was delayed well over an hour. I was unable to check in the night before. I was finally able to check in online the afternoon of the flight, but no seats were left, so had a boarding pass with no seat assignment. Got to the gate and they sent me and about 25 other folks with no seat assignment to wait for a "colleague" who finally appeared after almost everyone else had boarded. I did get a seat, but I was one of the last to board. They ran out of salmon dinners, so the stewardess plopped a chicken dish in front of me--didn't eat since I am vegetarian. The stewardess did give me a free mini bottle of wine, which is normally free on Lufthansa. I am just not all that impressed with SAS. I will try to avoid them in the future."

Cons: "The crew forgot to start serving the final meal until 40 minutes before we landed which resulted in them nearly throwing food at people so that they could quickly get through the plane and sit again before descent. I was not able to choose my seat and was seated in the back of the plane. Consequently this meant that every parent on the plane with two-year-olds decided that the best place to let them stretch their little legs was back by me. I work with small children so I understand that when they reach that age all they want to do is kick and punch, but I didn't want to end my vacation by having half a dozen two-year-olds punch my leg or try to crawl under my chair as they wandered nearby. I still have bruises."

I didn't care about paying, at that pout I would have paid $100 for some water. Seats are RIDICULOUSLY small and when the person in front of you puts their seat back it's impossible to do anything. Forgot having your tray table down."

I was flying with a family member and instead of sitting next to them I had to sit next to a stranger."

Cons: "I was sitting next to a girl who was not part of my family who got airsick 3 times on the flight. The first time I told the airline attendant and she brought a large plastic bag and some paper towels. The girl but her used airsick bag inside the large plastic bag. I tied the top and put in next to me near the aisle because I expected the attendant to come pick it up. The attendant told me I had to take it to the lavatory and dispose of it in there. It was very hard to get the large plastic bag into the small trash receptacle because it had fill with air. I asked the attendant for another airsick bag but she never brought it. The girl got sick again and she used my airsick bag. While walking the bag up to the lavatory, I asked a different attendant for another airsick bag. They just told me I had to dispose of it in the lavatory and never brought another airsick bag. I had to ask someone for their airsick bag because the girl got sick a third time. I can not believe the horrible service on this flight! The poor girl was crying because she felt so sick and there wasn't anyone to help her. I did what I could but I felt something could have been done by the crew. I will think twice before I reserve another flight on SAS."

Cons: "I was sitting next to a special needs man and the crew was extremely unhelpful towards him. He should not have been flying alone and they did not help him at all. When you handed out the customs form he told the stewardess he needed help and she ignored him. When I pressed the call button for him it took someone 35minutes to come back and then she told him she would help him after dinner. I pressed a call button the second time to help him find something and again it took over 30 minutes for someone to come back to us. If there was a real emergency this delay would have been a huge problem. The stewardess was extremely rude in general."

We are no longer using this airline. Also, their TV monitors/remotes lack accessibility as they do not offer closed captioning features for the deaf/hard-of-hearing. Another strike."

Which then took them to krakow. They had to take off their luggage everytime they got off the plane and they are 80 years old. There were no escalators or elevators. The airlines lost one of their suitcases and promised it the next day and they have not received it yet. Horrible flight."

Only a changed flight for the next day and a dinky hotel room. Lufthansa was very disorganized and wildly incompetent."

Glad the international flight was more comfortable. Somehow we did not get the memo that there was a 0 baggage allowance for an international flight. Most give 1 or two bags free. So when we had to pay 80 euros for each bag it started off our trip with TAP a lot disappointed. We still have to fly back and we can go online and pay before hand and get it for 45 euros each. Increased out ticket prices by 205 euros. Will make me take a second thought before I book with TAP again."

Cons: "Ridiculous line to check a bag, super unorganized way of boarding, the meal was not vegetarian nor was there a vegetarian option, it took quite a while to get my bag and I was one of the last people on the plane"

Pros: "Plane from Milan to Lisbon was dirty. Tray tables were filthy the toilet was disgusting as though it had not been cleaned in ages. No in flight entertainment. Only had magazine for purchasing products duty free. Had a difficulty time checking in. Over 1 and 15 mins for check in and we were about the 7th party in line. Agent spent over 15 mins with 3 of the people ahead of us. 2 sections of airport for checking in with TAP be aware and make sure you are at the open check in area.. Aware after about 15 mins that we must be in the wrong section. Then had to pay extra to go through security to get our flight. We arrived 2-1/2 hours prior to plane departure at the airport."

Cons: "For the second time I traveled with Air Canada there was a 4 hour delay in Toronto. I will not be traveling with Air Canada ever again"

Pros: "Three meal provided. Polite crew. Good customer service. More limited weight for the carry on. Generous for the excess size or weigh the baggage."
Cons: "Not enough Asian movie since this fight is to Hong Kong. Seat and space is not big enough."

Pros: "I was able to change my seat from a middle to a window. I also had an open seat next to me so I was not squeezed in. The person at the desk in Toronto was very pleasant and helpful."

Some angry Spaniards were litterslly shouting at us for us moving their luggage a few inches at best! No help from the plane crew on this matter. They should really arrange boarding from both ends."

Cons: "Flights delayed both there and back, with no advance warning and no reason given. Online & airport signage said flight "on time" the whole time. Asked Air Canada Customer Service desk in Toronto to change signage to accurate time, they were SUPER snooty and treated me like an idiot. Signage did not change, my husband came to airport "on time" to pick me up and then had to sit there 1-1/2 hours. They are inconsiderate jerks."

Pros: "From the comfort of the seats to the movies to the great tasting food, there isn't anything they could have done to make my flight any better. Thank you Air Canada."

Cons: "Would have been great if I had a Entertainment (movies, TV etc) screen on my seat for my Vancouver - KIX flight."

Pros: "once i got through checking in everything was ok"
Cons: "if i knew the name of the man i talked to at checkin i would make a complaint specifically about him. i lost my passport a few days before coming home and went to the united states consulate where they told me to bring a printed copy of my passport and the united states boarding patrol would let me back into the united states. the man at the checkin didn't want to let me through to even speak to the united states border patrol and told me the consulate was wrong. i almost missed my flight because of his stubborn arrogance. once past him i was able to explain what happened and show what identification I had and everyone was very nice to me."

Cons: "Food offerings were really mediocre and poor quality. For the staff and crew, I did not get the feeling that they had a service oriented mentality in their communications and attitude. It felt more like I was being processed- just one of any number of faceless people that needed to be dealt with as quickly as possible."

Pros: "The food was very good and they serve drinks and water many times. The crew members were very efficient."

Cons: "The crew was very pleasant and helpful. However it was unexpected that no food would be provided on a 5 hour flight. If not a small meal then a snack was expected. The crew did provide water consistently which was very nice. My personal entertainment screen was very unresponsive and then the head phone jack wasn't working for sound, I had to hold it at a certain angle to hear bits of sound. Since the head phone jack was located at my thigh it was very uncomfortable and when I shifted I broke my headphones :("

Pros: "I liked my check-in as the agent was friendly and knew what she was doing. It really makes your trip enjoyable when they smile and talk to you"
Cons: "I didn't like that we weren't offered the usual snack of pretzels. We got nothing on a five hour flight."

Cons: "Air cananda made me go crazy... They didn't prepared anything after I missed my flight. Because of immigration. They just said to me that was not their fault. But you know, I arrived at air port 5am. My flight time was 8am. I asked aircanada clerks to get into gate quckily. But they had me wait for a long time, and they said everybody was waiting, so that's not problem. But when I got into gate at 8:45, My plane already had gone. And I went to Air canada service center, I had argued for 5hours... because they just prepared my flight from Toronto to San Francisco. They didn't care about Connected air plane was Asiana. So I Had to call three company.. Asiana, Kayak, air canada... that was horrible time. Air canada didn't want to have responsibility about missing air plane. That's why I had to contact with Asiana...the first time Asiana didn't want to prepare air plane for free... I had to try to explain my situation and problem three times.... Finally I got a ticket for free from Asiana. I could departure at 9pm from Toronto. I stayed in Pearson air port for 15hours... because of Air canada's GOOD!! customer service v^^v..... I will never use Air canada !!"

Cons: "air canada moved the flight time up an hour earlier, so I missed the check-in cut-off. I never received an email from kayak or air canada that my itinerary had changed. On top of this, air canada wanted $150 to book me on a later flight (which, after protest, was rescinded). My guess is that air canada is vastly overbooking some flights, and this is a technique to shake some passengers loose and force them onto less-full flights. Shady."

Pros: "It was a nice flight-- the seats were comfortable and relatively spacious. The cabin crew was very friendly and accommodating. They offered us water multiple times throughout the trip in addition to the normal drink service, which was much appreciated. Also, the AirCanda gate in Toronto was ridiculously nice-- many of the seats came with a desk, phone and laptop outlets, and an iPad!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed 40 minutes, the boarding process went quite slowly, and our bags were slow to arrive at baggage claim on the other end (which probably was the airport's fault rather than AirCanada's). But these were only minor inconveniences."

Cons: "This flight reservation used another carrier. It was confusing to know which check in counter to go to. When I finally made it to UA counter there was a problem with duplicate reservation. Annoying. Flight was delayed 4 hours with minimal updates and no food voucher. Did not get my flight off to a good start."

Pros: "We found out that United had canceled the flight while in line about to undergo security screening, leading to mass confusion on the part of the screening agents on even where to send us. The next several hours were anxiety filled as we try to hop onto other flights going to our destination as we were stuck in the US area of the Vacuver airport, as we could neither leave the airport or had a way out. In the end, we had to be rerouted to a different airport and take another connection, which in standard United style was delayed by yet another 4 hours. And upon arrival, all of our bags were lost, not unsurprisingly. The worst part was that for the next 4 days, no one knew where the bags were and we were without our checked bags for 5 days until they finally arrived. As an experienced traveler, this was the worst flight I had ever taken and will never fly United or Air canada ever again."

The only hope of identifying it was the blue ID travel tag that thankfully I put on there myself, as Air Canada's tags were all wrong & were for a male customer going to Honolulu, HI. Still waiting for my luggage to show up. No clothes, no sandals....all day... Next time I will ensure I do NOT bring any luggage items for checking in! Instead I'll stick to a carryon even if it is a 3 wk trip across the world...."

Cons: "Extremely cramped and uncomfortable seats, air cabin hot and uncomfortable (no air) while boarding. Snack and beverage service was abismal. Will never fly Air Canada again."

Pros: "The crew went out of their way to make traveling with an infant easier, and the agent at the desk upgraded us to seats with more legroom when we asked to sit together!"

Pros: "The crew were struggling to win us back, after the shock of discovering we were not seated together. Anything they tried was seen against the backdrop of that major disappointment."
Cons: "When a booking is made six weeks prior for two passengers, it is assumed that the seating assignments will be made together. This airline chooses to put all seats up for grabs to those who will pay more, and ignore those who don't access the option of paying out more than the basic fare."
