Next problem was their REFUSAL to give me an aisle seat. I reserved an aisle seat originally, aisle seats were available when I tried to change, but agent REFUSED to accommodate me with either aisle or window. Sat in middle with huge guy next to me. Very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre on this leg. Oh, and late departing AGAIN. Will seriously look for other options on next trip."

Cons: "When dropping my bag at check in counter, the employee at the counter asked, somewhat intrusively, what the extra fee I paid was for. When I told her it was for the Al Mourjan lounge in Doha, her facial response and attitude came across as judgemental, and was not appropriate"

Pros: "The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!"

Cons: "When it was time to leave Doha, Qatar there was a massive delay which caused us to be late for any upcoming transfer in BKK. That told me that my would be delivered the next day. I am currently trying to figure out whether they have my bags or not."
We were ticketed to heathrow instead of Barcelona . Why? per the incompetent ticketing person we had to get off get our bags go through immigration and then get ticketed for the remaining leg. This was not required We missed our flight. Per heathrow agent this is a reoccurring problem from Orlando. They notified British air but problem persists. We were rebooked and arrived 18 hours after we left Mco. Between this the mediocre food and horrible aisle bed. I will never book another British air again
The flight was smooth & the landing was excellent. Your pilot did such a great job whereby I did not even realize we had landed-so soft & quiet. The staff was excellent as well.

Cons: "This was the most uncomfortable flight of my life. We were packed in like sardines during COVID. This was the least amount of legroom I've ever had on a flight."

Cons: "Not operating in any way like there is a pandemic going on. Both overbooked flights. Put everybody too close together and then spouted a bunch of social distancing. All words no action. No sanitizer or wipes offered. No amenities."
Cons: "Super crowded boarding area in DCA. Hurried to board, then sat at the gate for 15 minutes after door closed with no mention of being delayed or why we were sitting there. Finally found out the fueling paperwork was missing. This was after being forced to gate check bag in group 6 (and 7,8,9) Then luggage offload in Charlotte took forever, and then was on the wrong belt. Baggage staff in CLT were clueless."

Cons: "Did not know that we did not fly with British Airlines (as I had printed out before my first flight to Germany) was replaced with American Airlines. I lost valuable time at the airport and almost missed the flight. Chaotic and unexpected baggage problems before boarding to Dallas: the board luggage, same as we had on the way over, was not accepted and had to be checked in. Problem since we had to move laptop, etc. before the actual boarding. Attendants not as professional as they should be. Also seats were changed -- I was not able to sit with my daughter who regularly gets travel sickness. Overall not a good experience. But the worst: changing airlines and not being informed!!!!"

Cons: "I had selected my seats ahead of time and they weren’t kept. Day of I tried to buy a seat and it told me there were tech issues and I had to go to a front desk to check in/purchase. Well all that got me was the very last row, middle seat. No recline and seriously no leg room or breathing room once the person in the row ahead leans back. Crew was not helpful. Not to mention, the security line was outrageously long and I got to my flight just before it left only to find out my seating arrangement and be presented with more disappointment. Took over an hour where I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes in this airport (I fly often). Didn’t have time to go to BR or grab a snack Then my second flight was (again another middle seat) way too warm. The attendants said “there’s nothing we can do”. I was so nauseous and uncomfortable the whole time."

All she had to do was reassure me that it wasn't a safety issue. Her attitude was like she was tired of telling passengers that it was perfectly normal. Very unprofessional!"

They have become too big for themselves and have not adopted the customer-centric value that prevailing companies have incorporated and are implementing. I predict that they will not be around in the next 10 years if changes are not made."

There was no comfort in the chair itself. It looked comfy but felt like a hard chair, unfortunate. No charging stations at Philly and the outlets didn't work to charge phones."

Cons: "A guy passed out prior to boarding, then they put him on the flight. We push back from the gate and start the engines and the guy passes out again. Now we are delayed 35 minutes. Why did they put someone one the flight that was clearly sick before he ever boarded then you make everyone miss their connection in Dallas. We got to the gate for our connecting flight 9 minutes before the pushed back from the ramp and they would not let us on??? WTF poor customer service!! Fly southwest from now on!"
