Pros: "The plane that the rerouted to replace the original plane was very comfortable. The email updates where better then the information at the gate. Normally, I enjoy flying JetBlue however, this weekend's round trip was disappointing. My 1st flight was delayed about 5 hours and the return flight was delayed as well."
Cons: "The long delay and limited snacks. (After that long delay) The incident on the plane- the passengers had to take action and not the flight attends when a passenger threaten by another passenger. A good Samaritan came to the woman's aid and ensure she was safe by switching her seat. Prior to this, another passenger had to use her call button to try to notify the flight attends because the woman was unable to. (That was her second attempt to notify the attendants). I am unclear to why her first attempt to change seats was not taken under consideration by the flight attended. The alleged passenger was clearly intoxicated and had fallen on the women. The flight attends did intervened after the flight landed at FLL. The woman was detained on the plane along with the alleged passenger. Once again, I am not sure if that was wise. The woman could have been taken off the plane safely and quested at the gate at a safe distance. The alleged passenger was too intoxicated to comply with the flight attends requests to disembark the plan. I would have liked for the JetBlue flight attends to be more proactive or at the very least to keep an eye on the situation to ensure it did not escalate. This all could have been avoided if the woman's 1st request to change her seat to one of the many available seats was granted. Better ye,t for this alleged passenger to have never been able to board the plane in his condition. It was physically noticeable and the surrounding passengers stated they could smell the alcohol on him. Disappointed!"

Hit tons of turbulence with no warning. I know you can see that ahead of time so just give us a heads up. They couldn’t get the bridge way to the plane so we sat for half an hour in the no ac plane instead of getting us a stair or other gate."

Pros: "I loved that the pilot on my first flight introduced himself and staff to the customers prior to loading the plane. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The leg-room! The leg room was a great surprise. No hassle with bags. Great snacks, wi-fi and movies for FREE! I was so tickled. I've never flown JetBlue. I thought it was just another low-cost airline that makes you pay for everything , what a nice surprise! I immediately gave you a shout-out on my facebook account. Best flight experience I've had in a long time. Thank you."

Cons: "1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run."

Cons: "When my flight with American Airlines cancelled, I felt so panicked because I needed to be in Florida on Saturday night. But thankfully, lady who works for American Airlines solved my problem on the phone in couple of minutes easily. After that, when we were boarding to the aircraft, there was a cabin attendant lady. She came to us and ask me and my mother if we can talk English.I answered her with yes we can, but she demands to talk with my mother. And English is not her native language, but it doesn't prove that she doesn't know it. She tried to ask questions to her like, "where were you today?" so we couldn't really understand the reason for her to ask those questions in the first place. So we couldn't really say anything. While we were talking about my mother's English, the all aircraft was watching us, and trying to figure out what was going on. After all, she made us to sit there and wait her to replace us with other passengers. We waited the whole aircraft to be seated, then she took us to another seat with my mother. I can understand that it is her job but I'm not sure, if it had to be that much discomfort. We got pretty upset about it and it affects our flight quality. Plus, while cabin crew serving beverages, they didn't really ask us anything. We needed to call them for our order. To be honest, I would never flight with Delta. It was a disappointment."

Further they were tellin me I couldn't get in my flight and have my luggage go later, but I understand because of security reasons. Finally it was 10 min til my flight left, I asked how about if I walk my bags through security check point; have TSA examine them and then they get placed in the plane like oversized carry ons normally do? Ding I struck a light bulb and they said yea why not. After a few phone calls later I was walking with my bags through TSA. It took me to think this up for Delta. A minute too late was the original response from the first agent. 1 minute! Not 10 not 5 she said the computer just got locked out. I was going to miss my flight for 1 min time restraint. The first agent didn't care and just blew me away. Thankfully the next agent tried. I had to throw away all my toiletries because TSA wouldn't let them through."

This was a customer service fail. American is no better. They rescheduled the flight at no cost, but then sent you back to LATAM for help with the overnight. If we buy tickets from your website and you own the process, you should be more helpful when there are problems. The back-and-forth was frustrating. Lima airport takes a long time to go through all the checkpoints. Two hours does not give enough time. There are at least four long lines that have to be endured. This process could use some streamlining."

Cons: "At the Lima gate they made each passenger open their carryon and submit to a secondary inspection to confiscate all water we bought past security. No warning was given about this. I had paid airport prices for water to bring onto the plane and then had to surrender it at the gate. Of course in economy class they will not give you water or attention until you are at cruising altitude. More than one flight attendant did not smile and one was actually rude in spite of my attempts to be kind and smile. Except for one friendly person at check-in kiosk, bad service overall. They do not have personal entertainment systems, and it was like going back in time with the tiny screens you cannot see, playing a movie you either watch it or not."

Cons: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster."

The issue was that Kayak did not update me with the Flight number for American Airlines and kept sending me information about the flight with Finnair which was not going to actually take place. I had to actually call American and spend time with a Representative providing all the data to be able to get my American Airlines flight booking code so I could check in online. American as always was great! Shame on Kayak!"

The representative informed me that I would have to be rebooked onto a later connection because the delay would cause my to miss my original connecting flight, and when I told her that I needed an earlier time to avoid missing a meeting, she just said "I have nothing earlier." She was barely even apologetic. Then she was unable to print my boarding pass for my connection. I had a 2 hour and 45 minute layover in Houston whereas in my original flight it was 1 hour."

When I got the the airport (2 hours before my flight) I went to the kiosk to print my ticket, after entering my confirmation code and last name the computer informed me that I require assistance so I flagged down one of the people working the counter, where I was promptly informed that I do not have a seat on the plane. The plane was overbooked. My number one question was how is it possible that I am the one getting bumped if I booked my flight almost 5 months ago?!?! The person then informed me that I can either go to the gate and hope someone doesn't show up and get a seat on that plane, or she can book me on a flight to Tampa then a puddle jumper to Jacksonville. I decided to take the Tampa option (without being informed that it was going to change my simple two hour flight into a 9 hour ordeal). I headed to my gate and took a look at my tickets only to find out that I have a 3 hour layover in Tampa... Wtf am I supposed to do in Tampa for three hours?!? Anywho, instead of getting to Jacksonville at 12, I got there at 6:30 losing an entire day. Now for the trip home. I'll start with I did get home in the appropriate amount of time, on my original booked flight. However, I was forced to check my bag. And not like go to the carousel when you de-board check your bag( which I would prefer)... Get off the plane and wait in the vestibule with everyone else who had to check their bags for your luggage to be retrieved from the plane and brought up to the vestibule.. It became a mosh pit of ooh! That's my bag! ( picture a bunch of random adults playing mother may I with the airport staff as the mother). Then back to the actual flight, the attendant didn't start coming around asking if we wanted drinks or snacks until more than half way through the flight meaning you had about 10 minutes to enjoy whatever you ordered until the pilot asked you to raise the tables. Then also I couldn't understand a single thing that was said over the loudspeaker ( it sounded like they recycled the speakers that ny metro decided were no longer good enough for their subway cars). And finally, the seats that were so narrow both in space between you and the person in front of you and next to you is an absolute joke. I suppose if you were to get on the plane and sit completely still in an upright position for two hours you would be perfectly comfortable, however seeing as most people don't do that it was extremely uncomfortable. All in all I do not reccomend flying United. Ever. Very upsetting experience. There is a reason it was my cheapest option."

My husband who rarely flies, but has a United credit card, gets Boarding Group 2 every time. This is frustrating to those who travel United still but can't seem to get a break on the boarding. It discourages us from flying United because of this approach. Charging for bags and boarding in the manner they do does not promote efficiency in the boarding process and only frustrates customers and discourages people from flying United. Changing their priorities would help both efficiency and make them a friendlier airline."

Could not even landed at FLL, they send me at Tampa and I have to drive to Miami and took 5 hours after frying and waiting for 20.5hours. Finally, got in to Tampa, of course UNITED lost my laggege and they had no idea where it was. UNITED CREWS are not willing to help you. I am so tired to deal with UNITED and I do not recommend to my firends or family or anyone."

After being turned away multiple times and waiting on hold for what seemed like an eternity she finally was able to get me rescheduled for a flight on American Airlines the following Morning."

Sitting in Key West airport I watched Delta and American Airlines depart flight after flight while we, the suckers who booked through United and Silver Airways, sat for 5 hours. The gate worker in Key West and two United Airlines call center workers were completely useless in helping me reschedule the flights that I was going to miss (even with a 5 hour layover at my next stop). The airline blames the entire thing on weather, yet no other airlines were suffering from 5+ hour delays. It's my opinion that early on in the day Silver Airways mismanaged the movement of their aircraft which exacerbated the delays experience by thousands of passengers."

No name. . . . I had to try to avoid further injury while de-planing and handling luggage and wasn't able to replace the bandage until I reached the arrivals area, after Immigration & Customs at Ft. Lauderdale. For any level of service Silver fares are ridiculously expensive, working out at almost $1.00/ mile flown for this journey - comparable to a $4400 economy fare from FLL to London!"

In the time it took us to walk from the gate to baggage claim our baggage had been carted off to the office and we had to wait over an hour for the next Silver arrival to find an employee who could open the office and deliver our bags. Additionally there was never any information about the flight on the screens in arrivals and we had to ask a lady at the FLL information desk for help."
