Enjoyed it very much. Especially liked the free WiFi that Delta offers.

Bus to plane was delayed for no apparent reason and our luggage was still on the belt when they shut it off. Took about 20 minutes to turn it back on to get our luggage.

It was a pleasant surprise to have complimentary Wi-Fi on the flight

Round trip flight to Canada and back to the US was smooth and efficient.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and unprofessional staff we encountered when traveling with an infant. Our flight was delayed, and the gate staff failed to manage the boarding process appropriately. Due to incorrect, unavailable, or missing 'pink tag' stroller and car seat check-in procedures at the gate, we were forced to board last. Furthermore, the gate staff was rude and dismissive, causing significant distress to our infant. To make matters worse, one of our checked items—an infant sleeper/lounger—was returned to us broken. Given the unsafe handling of essential equipment and unprofessional treatment, I expect a prompt resolution regarding compensation for the damaged items.

My seatback screen didn’t work so that sucked because that’s what I was going to do on the plane.

Delta is better for short flights and very low need for customer service. Avoid for longer flights

I was surprised to have such bad service since I feel Delta usually does a good job for long haul flights, but this experience was quite bad. Onboarding was chaotic, the flight was uncomfortable as the cabin temp swung from very cold to steaming hot, and the attendants were rude and inattentive.

Why, on an 11+ hour flight, is the food being served at a speed resembling a 90-minute flight? Flight crew practically threw our food at us, then cleaned it up before everyone was done. All, presumably, so that they could retreat away for the next 7 hours to be completely unavailable. No additional beverages were served for hours. Delta is supposed to be the premium American carrier, but on this flight, it made me wish I was flying someone else. Also, the “upgrade” to comfort+ is a joke. It was worse than Japan Airline’s lowest level economy class. Literally no comparison between these two airlines. I wouldn’t fly Delta from Tokyo again unless I absolutely had to. Very disappointing amenities and service!

Pretzels were a bit dry and dusty, however it is nice to have a choice between sweet and savory snacks.

Wonderful airline. All staff were pleasant and helpful. What is sad is that it wasn’t grand gestures just everyday pleasantness and friendliness that are missing from the other airlines I have flown recently.

Delay after delay.......they are awful Delayed because of cold wx really!!!!! We live in Canada

Air Canada is great! Got to my destination earlier than expected and was a smooth ride the whole way there.

Flight from Minneapolis to Montreal was easy, breezy. Small plane, so not much overhead space. The seats felt slightly smaller than normal, but not uncomfortable for my body type. No screens in the seats for watching movies or shows, but I don't mind, I'm more of a reader.

The 3 hr delay on this connecting flight was a drag.

There was no entertainment and no wifi working at all. At least Beer was free and it was a short trip. The staff on board were good

Late departure, gate changed, gate far from the arrival point, seat belt signs on the entire flight, poor experience going through customs (will be filing a complaint regarding this item. Passenger was segregated for no reason on a security check. Check did not find anything wrong, broke lock attached to luggage, didn't allow the passenger to call the other passenger to open the luggage whom it belonged to for the code until after they broke external lock, & threatened them with trouble if brought anything in again).

I travel frequently, and this was my first time flying with Air Canada. I was not impressed. Both of my flights were greatly delayed, and my luggage was lost. I have never had my luggage lost before, and when I went to speak to someone about it, I was told to scan a QR code and fill out a form. I was given no explanation of what to expect next or when I could expect feedback. I do not recommend flying with Air Canada.

Plane was over an hour late. Sadly, this has become normal for Air Canada, and at this point I am happy if I don't get re- routed to another airport, turning a simple direct flight of 2 1/2 hours into a 7-8 hour odyssey.
