Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

Cons: "Was treated like a second class person as they would not even entertain my offer to pay for a seat upgrade. I am 6’7” and hoped to take one of the available exit row seats but because I bought a cheaper ticket they wouldn’t even speak about it."
Pros: "I appreciated that the airline put us up in a hotel, gave us vouchers for food and bumped us to first class, however not all of us even got on this plane. My wife is on standby while my daughter and her friend go with me at 6:20 AM, my work de is scheduled for 7:45 flight. We’ll see but I’m not holding my breath."

Cons: "Booked trip far in advance, there were so many changes that our return flights weren't valid anymore, we went to check in at airport and our first leg had already departed and our second flight no longer existed. Gate agent said you cannot trust third party bookings and that we should have telephoned airline the day before."

Cons: "Flight was delayed. Time was posted at gate for new time. Went to get dinner and when we returned to gate saw that the time had been moved UP from previous anouncement and practically missed our flight."

I do understand its legal but I don't get how you are putting customers first by causing this drama. I understand how that DR felt when your guards ripped him out of his seat. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to find babysitters and alternate rides all while the snotty lady at the desk kept saying "you may not be flying out today but I cant tell you for sure". So to insure the bottom line you overbook then bump people at your leisure? This little game effects many lives above and beyond just the passengers. I don't plan on booking with United ever again. Why would I? There are many other options that take customer service more seriously. I would love to speak to someone higher up in this organization. But, im sure that will never happen."

At the time of my flight to White Plains at 1:50 PM there was no snow in Chicago or at White Plains, Moreover the 6 PM flight left to White Plains when it was snowing both here and there. The only option given to me was standby on the 6PM flight. So, I had to cancel my flights and it ruined myu weekend."

They told me 45 min then gave me headphones witch I already had .... and said nothing for 3 hours about when we are ariveing or leaving or anything . Prob won't fly united or use kayak again ."

Cons: "I confirmed my flight. I had a 3 hour delay in CHI. Having a 90 minute drive and an hour flight. I decided to skip my first flight and just head to the connecter in CHI. My whole flight was canceled as a result. The front desk guy was smug and extremly rude. The Tech support and this representative offered 2 different "Facts" on what could be done. As a result I was forced to pay for a hotel and miss a day of work. All because I wanted to spend extra time with my family. I have nothing possitive to say about your product and as a business owner Im embarrassed for you."

The other thing I'd change would be having the two people helping with boarding speak more clearly on the intercom. I seriously couldn't understand much of what they were saying. Also, there's not much select for pop in your store."

Pros: "Never on Air Canada again. Food was miserable. They literally told me that they ran out of food (on the flight from Montreal to Casablanca). No kidding. They told us that the flight was full and no more food was available! When we asked for water, they did not bring water. I am not sure if they were out of water because the flight was full! That would be something! Bathrooms were not usable. Utterly dirty. My six-year old daughter refused to use the bathrooms. Water was flowing and the smell was horrible. They should clean that. I can go on but what is the point???"

Do I expect people to be rude? I mean, I need to like something extraordinary, something that others don't do. I can't remember anything remarkable. Just nothing."
