Pros: "The flight was nearly full, but I lucked out. One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"

Pros: "Despite small aircraft, boarding was fast and easy. On time departure and arrival. And quite clean aircraft despite a very fast turnaround. And Biscoff!!!! Delta's free wifi for messaging is a nice touch, as is free in-flight video. In-flight music would be nice, too. Doesn't hurt to ask :)"

After asking what are the options no one knows how to reschedule and all kept saying that can only happen once you land to calgary."

And there was no explanation of the situation. I had to ask, multiple times, what was going on,before I was finally told that I was going to get on, but they just didn't know where. This could be handled much more clearly!"

They were not terribly busy at the time and I politely asked as I was unsure which line to be in. The flight attendants (only from ORF to Detroit) also were unfriendly with an attitude. Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!"

Cons: "I had a reserved Comfort Class Aisle seat, purchased at time of reservation and showing as my assigned seat through printing of boarding pass. At the gate, my seat was reassigned to a middle seat. This is a huge problem for me, as my back and leg injuries require the ability to stretch and move frequently. When complaining on Delta phone lines, I was told that the seat was needed for a Diamond member and therefore was "policy" to bump. Although I eventually received some compensation for the fact I paid more for the original seat, I remain very disappointed in Delta, if this is indeed the policy."

Pros: "My flights were booked through British Airways, but these segments were operated by American. Madrid to Dallas was on a 787 (a very nice ride). Entertainment options were very good (although not as diverse as on British Airways). Food was excellent. The crew was very pleasant."
Cons: "There is not enough waiting space at Madrid Terminal 4S for passengers on large aircraft. Boarding was not as fast and orderly as it should have been. Customs and passport control at DFW is very time consuming (much slower than at many other comparable airports). To change terminals, it is necessary to go back through security and then take a train. It took more than 1.5 hours for me to clear customs and get to another terminal for my connection."

Worst: just before landing, when the captain advised the flight crew to do a cross-check, it was not done, and when we landed, I realized my seatbelt was not on."

Also they weren't able to give any idea when the flight would be boarding- they just kept sending text alerts that it was delayed another half hour and no updates were listed on the screens. When the flight finally left, after I had been waiting for over 5 hours, we were told that they would be flying low, so there would be no beverage service. It would be nice in these situations to simply have bottled water to pass out quickly, or make the announcement prior to boarding so people would be able to bring their own beverages."

Cons: "Mechanical difficulties in Dallas caused us to leaveat least 1.5 hours late. Got to Phoenix after my scheduled and all other flights to Spokane had departed. AA put me up in a hotel at the airport. Had to wait 35 minutes outside for a shuttle in 102 heat at 9:00 in the evening. Had to ask for a voucher for evening meal."

Pros: "The gate agents did a good job of making sure the boarding process was organized, despite confusion with two Chicago-bound flights departing from the same gate in a short window. Delay was communicated far enough in advance that I didn't travel to the airport until it was necessary."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 3 hours due to the incoming aircraft, but nobody at the gate or onboard offered any explanation or even acknowledged the delay. The aircraft did not handle turbulence well at all... one of roughest flights in recent memory despite avoiding weather. Wifi had weak signal (on a 70-person jet!) and the streaming entertainment did not work the entire time... it either did not load or I got an error message."

Cons: "Crew asked us to close window shades , so others could watch TV. It was difficult to find things under seat and reading light not as good as real light. Also we think 9 hours of darkness contributed to our difficulty in adjusting to time zone in states. My entertainment panel was very difficult to use and frustrating. It didn't respond to light touch, heavy touch, etc."

Cons: "Baggage unloading took 40 minutes to begin. Caused jam up behind other arriving flights at customs and everyone in big rush to catch connecting flights. Entertainment good but touchscreen was not responsive and frustrating to operate. Long walk to new terminal for connecting flight even though flight was listed as the same flight number for both legs."

Was told that only a certain a certain number of seats could access the in flight entertainment system at one time and "to keep trying" and "hopefully someone will drop off soon". In the end they acknowledged the issue and told all passengers to go online for compensation which they honored immediately."

Pros: "United did a great job keeping us informed of where the plane was and why we were being delayed. Only 15 minutes late. But staff explained why and I think this helps ease people's anxiety. Inflight wifi was awesome!"

On the connecting flight, the last flight the plane was two thirds empty and the crew made us sit in our assigned seats, crammed together telling us that if we want to sit in a seat with more legroom we have to pay $180"

He said I couldn't because personnel were still boarding, and I promise you that there was only 3 people behind me in line, none of which sat in that row. I figured he would tell me I could move after the remaining 3 personnel boarded, but he did not and I sat uncomfortably that entire flight."

Cons: "That when I explained being hearing impaired the boarding attendant said my carry on needed to be checked. I didn't understand her and proceeded to the loading blank. Then when boarding the attendant informed me. I explained I checked my bag in the airport compartment tester and it was fine. I also asked the attendant at the counter. She confirmed it was fine. Still smiling until the snack pretzels were passed out. When I didn't hear the attendant's question, in spite of telling her I was hearing impaired, she threw her hand up rudely and just continued on to other customers. When boarding I watched orhers board with the same size bag as mine, and wondered if telling someone you can't hear gives them the right to inform you at the gate that your bag needs to be checked?"

Cons: "I confirmed my flight. I had a 3 hour delay in CHI. Having a 90 minute drive and an hour flight. I decided to skip my first flight and just head to the connecter in CHI. My whole flight was canceled as a result. The front desk guy was smug and extremly rude. The Tech support and this representative offered 2 different "Facts" on what could be done. As a result I was forced to pay for a hotel and miss a day of work. All because I wanted to spend extra time with my family. I have nothing possitive to say about your product and as a business owner Im embarrassed for you."

Cons: "Typical of most U.S. carriers, some of the flight attendant staff was unpleasant and grumpy. One particular male flight attendant could use a lesson in how to be pleasant from the non-domestic carriers or look for another line of work."

Cons: "I had the unfortinate luck in getting the seat at the very rear of the plane. It was a red-eye flight and i was really hoping to get some sleep because i knew i was going to have an 8hr layover in Chicago. No such luck on the sleep because the flight attendants were so rude, they were talking very loudly and very vulgar yhe entire trip. I know i wasn't the only one upset because everyone around me was trying to sleep and couldn't. We just kept looking at each other like "really? Come on people!" and it wasn't till about halfway during the flight that they came over the intercom telling how to turn off the tv's on the back of the seats. It took the person sitting next to me to use the flashlight on his phone to be able to find the right button on the arm of the chair. After the experience i had, i will never fly United again."

Pros: "Overall it was a great trip. We left a little late a both connections, but arrived on time so that's good."
Cons: "The only thing two things I'd change would be our plane arriving back the Kalamazoo on time. It wasn't even in Kalamazoo very long. The other thing I'd change would be having the two people helping with boarding speak more clearly on the intercom. I seriously couldn't understand much of what they were saying. Also, there's not much select for pop in your store."

Pros: "No screens or entertainment on either of my flights, but the crew was very nice."

Cons: "The plane was absolutely filthy.. crumbs on seats debris on floors. Dirty arm rest and seat backs"

Pros: "Food quality, free drink, and all paced well. Variety and abundance of media kept us happy. Having a less than full flight allowed for stretching out. The crew was friendly and seemed proud of their work."
Cons: "Overhead space was a bit limited. Seat spacing was just enough, almost too little. Boarding in a late group was less than fun but perfectly acceptable."

Cons: "Sat at gate for over an hour sweating profusely because a/c wasn't working.after 45 minutes was served half glasses of water. Made second attempt to depart gate and had to go right back. Then told to disembark plane and wait for replacement. Boarded it at 8:50, arriving Dallas at 11:50, 3.5 hours late missing all prearranged transportation with 0 apologies. Had to make my own arrangements to complete my trip at significant expense to myself and 0 assistance from Airlines."
