The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic."

The seat width and pitch was sad compared to 'low cost' airlines like JetBlue."

It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them."

American Airlines is endangering the lives of passengers. And the cramped conditions are contributing to the hostile actions of some passengers. What does it take to do what is right?"

Thanks for the SERVICE (i dont flight with you no more, even though cheap flights, but cheap things are expensive)"

I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."

Cons: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."

We were hugely inconvenienced and missed our obligations with no offer of compensation. Then when we finally get on the plane they kick us off!!!!!!!!!! Now they are saying a 630 departure for a 2 pm flight. This is beyond acceptable and I am about to call the local news and am sending them video of your gross incompetence. I want to be contacted at 815-527-1935 immediately. My time is valuable and no part of this delay is acceptable. I want full flight vouchers for this debacle"

As a result I was forced to pay for a hotel and miss a day of work. All because I wanted to spend extra time with my family. I have nothing possitive to say about your product and as a business owner Im embarrassed for you."

Cons: "UAL announced one hour delay due to no plane availability which I could understand after an early day thunderstorm. But shortly after, I received a text from Kayak.com (booking) announcing delay moved to 30 mins and boarding had started. Thank goodness for Kayak.com"

Cons: "Magazine was old with torn out pages including the inflight food list. Connecting to the in-flight entertainment system on my Apple Mac was confusing and took too long -- it could have been explained better vis-a-vis browser caveats, etc. -- which is too bad because I found a movie I wanted to watch but missed the end as it had taken so long to load the proper software. Seats were too small and cramped."

Cons: "I spent 4 hours waiting for a connecting flight the scheduled wait was 45 min"

Pros: "Nice CSR people in AZO"

Cons: "The only snack available was a mix that had dairy. Other airlines, like JetBlue not only have a selection from which to choose, but at least one option is vegan."

Cons: "Bad"

Pros: "It was also 2 hours late."
Cons: "The crew was very rude and argued with me for not saying thank you to him after he gave me water. I had actually said Thank you but he didn't hear it. I don't mind saying it again."

Cons: "Some inspector idiot decided that the exterior cover stickers weren't "up to code" literally half an hour before my flight, delaying us 2 hours. I got onto a different flight at the last second, then the same thing happened to that plane. Brilliant on their parts. I almost lost a job interview thanks to your people."

Cons: "Wobbly takeoff from Denver, then an aborted landing at LGA, I won't be flying United again anytime soon."

Cons: "Flight attendant asked if my boyfriend was my son, then went from son to husband to friend. I told her boyfriend. We are 2 years apart in age. Flight attendant was pleasant but she should have just kept her mouth shut if she was unsure. Our relationship status is none of her business. She meant well & is pleasant bur I was on call before & did look tired. Asking if my boyfriend was my son did not help the situation."

Cons: "There was confusion on where to go check luggage and what duty free items could be carried on board."

Pros: "The flight was short"
Cons: "The flight was short so no entertainment was needed. After the nightmarish flight I had just endured it felt like first class accommodations."

Pros: "I got stuck in security but the United staff waited for me to board. I am grateful they went the extra mile because I chose to fly that day in order to make it to an important event."

"Flight was fine. Attendants were pleasant. We did not have in flight food or entertainment. Plane was clean and well prepared even with a quick turnaround."

Cons: "Flight 3 hrs late; paid to sit in 2A - had to pay $3 for a soda, seat didn’t recline, no power outlet"

Pros: "It was roomier than I thought on the plane. Everybody was nice."
Cons: "No free water...now that's cheap. $40 of the savings on the flight eaten by the baggage fee was expected, but a 40 lb. limit on said bag was a bummer."

The seats don't recline, obviously to save on the very limited leg room. They are not an airline that places much regard on passenger comfort."

Cons: "firstly they have given me earlier flight. Now after lot of drama they cancelled the flight. Passengers are left stranded. After that they decided to fly one flight which will be at 11 PM but seats are full. They have issued me 6 AM flight for next day. No one was at customer center to entertain us. Tried reaching spirit people luckily I got stand by in 11 PM flight and I got cleared the stand by list. But I have a very horrible experience with Spirit. They don't entertain people properly"

Cons: "After having my mother in-law wait at the airport a few hours they cancelled the flight. I heard bad things about Spirit but figured we would give it a try because Atlantic City is convenient. Not worth it when you don't get to your destination until the next day (hopefully)!"

Pros: "The plane got us eventually to where we needed to be in one place so that's a positive."
Cons: "Both leaving and returning had problems. I had a flight cancelation and a 13 hr delay both times customer service was terrible most of their suggestions involved 2-3 days delayed departures. I had to spoon feed them options and they told me they would just refund my money and I could find another airline. flight attendants were rude. I will not fly spirit again."

In-efficient and needless work created by Ft Lauderdale air port set-up/Spirit gate allocations. Also very poor signage and terminal maps located in Ft Lauderdale. Not intuitive."

Cons: "I didn't like that Spirit charged so much for checked bags as well as not offering complimentary waters/drinks on the plane. I felt short-changed."

Cons: "The seat was terrible. Right next to the toilet. It stinks. Then I had to pay $55 for a carry on luggage. No airline ever charged me that. Boarfing the flight was confusing and disorganized."

Cons: "Them charging $100 at the gate for a carry on. My carry-on was a normal size bag which I have taken on MANY flights with different airline and have NEVER had any issue. When I checked in they did not say anything. At the security the attendant marked something on my boarding pass but did NOT advise me that my bag was big by their standard. When boarding the plane they saw my boarding pass and asked for $100. It was then they informed me that when I checked in they should have charged me $55 which is their rate. But at the gate it is $100. Since I was at the gate I had no choice but to pay the $100. $55 for carry-on bag that all other airline has not issue with is ridiculous. Having to pay $100 for a CARRY on bag is absurd. This was my first and last time with Spirit airlines. Nor will I ever recommend Spirit airline to anyone."

Cons: "The seats didn't recline. This made it the most uncomfortable two hrs I have ever had on a flight. Constant delays. At first I couldn't believe how cheap I got the flight. Then I realized why. They nickel and dime you to death. $55 for a check in? Absolutely crazy!!!"

Cons: "The "extra leg room seats" are a joke, the staff was unrehearsed and unprofessional also very anal and rude about having a purse in your lap. They ask you to stow away your personal item below the seat in front of you, but then that erases all of the leg room and to pay for a seat that has more leg room is a joke, because the personal item has to go below your feet, there's nowhere to store it. I finally understand the low flight cost, because the consumer gets cheated on the bag prices."

Cons: "Will not fly spirit again and will remove it from vacation search engines. The price is misleading and not a true comparison to other airlines. By the time I paid to check one bag and have two carry on bags, plus paid to pick seats to sit together we paid an additional 200.00 dollars for the flight. Our return flight left a half hour late and they lost our one checked bag. Took a week to get the bag returned to us. The redesigned seats are small and cramped. None.of the seats recline, and my tray table was just a little larger than my cell phone."

Cons: "If I could put 0 stars I would. They're theives."

Cons: "Both flights got cancelled at last minute. Ended up taking United."
