When we went to pick up the bags, one (both bags were brand new for this trip) was virtually destroyed, with multiple tears and rips - damage on each of the 6 sides of the bag. The Aeromexico woman insisted they have no liability and refused our claim for the damaged bag. Extremely poor service."

Cons: "The information in the web site it's confusing. I check in online, and still had to wait 30 minutes to check in my baggage. The seat I was assigned, it's the worst seat I ever had. It doesn't make sense to check in 3 hours early and get 30C in an airplane with 30 been the highest number. In top of it, your staff receving the baggage needs better training and more help. They get overworked and discharge their frustration with the customers."

Cons: "We sat at the gate for a long time (aside from the line of planes), we were sitting at the gate with little communication from the captain or crew. We ended up leaving an HOUR after our scheduled take off time, causing us to have to run to make our connecting flight."

Cons: "There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future."

I saw disable passenger without any attendance when wheelchair was requested.They don't have any idea that you are part of a business industry with many competitors. I will never recommend in my community to use your services. You are the worse of the third world."

One hour after depart from Mexico City, the fly attendance announce that we need to land in Guadalajara for safety/security reason. You removed a youth passenger without any strong and fair reason, because he was unlucky this day: He was accommodated together with 2 members of a middle east family that was logically to be filled by the 3. he touch friendly the kid near him and his father that was in different place??? react negative against this normal gesture of the youth passenger. Why you didn't put the entire family together from the beginning?"

Cons: "I was very unsatisfied with my Aeromexico trip because I missed my connection in Mexico City, and instead of getting rebooked on another flight, I had to buy an entire new ticket. My original ticket was $140 and my new ticket to get home was $350. I have never flown on an airline that makes the passenger buy a new ticket when a connection is missed. I was in the Mexico City airport and only missed my connection by 10 minutes. Very disappointed with Aeromexico. I will be emailing the airline customer service separately too."

She had us there for more than an hour and i keot saying we are going to miss our flight . She wanted to charge us for an extra bag to put in the documented baggage. So not fair. Aeromexico is the worst! Do not flight with them they will find a way to make your life hell. At the end i showed the lady what the website said and she kind of changed her mind and let us go."

Cons: "It was a red eye and meals were served. Why? It's an overnight flight!! Also, when booking my reservation I was not told there would be a meal. As I am a vegetarian I was not able to request one. So I was woken up to people talking and eating and I could not myself eat anything. The "dimmed" cabin lights were bright. Crew members were not respectful of passengers sleeping as they talked in normal voices. I also found it very rude that I asked a crew member for a pillow and he said they didn't have any without even checking. Which I don't believe. Overall it was an awful experience and I will never fly Aeromexico again. I am going to tell all my friends and family to never fly this airline."

Pros: "The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh."

BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

It is not free - you have to purchase - They ran out of red wine (which was free) by the end of the first meal. Do you keep just one bottle for this big 777 fight. - Overall experience was horrible."

This was after a 4 hour layover completely disappeared. They should have been able to reroute planes or something after the first 2 hours of delays since it was for a weather phenomena that gives tons of warning (at least 24 hours)."

However, there were no vouchers available for me to stay in a hotel or get food. So, I was able to get a flight on American that got me home the same night. By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights."

She wandered for about 35 minutes before I could decipher where she was at and was able to direct her by phone. The gate personnel just told her to follow everyone else. What a thing to say to someone."

Pros: "The flight was delayed but on the ground staff were very helpful in providing announcements. The on board attendants were friendly and competent."
Cons: "This was an aged 737, with narrow, cramped seats and thin, hard plastic armrests. The first class seats were smaller than the Premium Economy ones I flew recently on Norwegian Air. The Economy seats were pure torture -- angled oddly in a way that forced your back to curve, with zero legroom even in the Economy Plus section. I tried putting my purse behind me in an effort to alleviate back pain. It was a miserable trip. In contrast my short flight to Santa Barbara was on a newer plane with wide, comfortable seats. There is no way they should use such an old aircraft on a 4 hour trip."

They moved her before the rest of the flight had boarded, so the seating got messed up and took quite a bit of time to sort out. The flight crew seemed to be extremely put off by the whole scenario and couldn't seem to keep their displeasure professionally under control. I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

They had no means of looking after the contents. Was I suppose to carry my content???This was ever so frustrating since the suitcase was brand new. Then the lady told me that my warranty on the bag will cover the damage. It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. They were very helpful."

The luggage check in is no longer a service a customer is provided if 1) I have to pay to check one in. 2). I have to lug it around with me only to have no place to put it. 3) the amount of time it takes to get off and on the plane because the line backs up while everyone waits on prior passengers to get their luggage into or out of the overhead (some are too short, too weak, ot placed their overhead ten rows away). Yikes!"

There was someone at every stop wAitng on me with a wheel chair and they quickly got me to my next gate and also asked if I needed the rest room or wNted to stop and get a drink or food. Cons: "Even though international flight was allowing 2 piece baggage.. United charged me for one bag 100$.. they allowed only one. and they took long time to to issue the boarding pass as the ticket was not confirmed. I will never buy a ticket from Kayak"
