Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Honestly everything.
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Honestly everything.
Pros: Highly attentive crew, extremely helpful, made a bad day bearable
Pros: The crew was lovely and friendly, very pleasant to fly with.
Cons: Not a fan that I was seated between 2 men I did not know which made me uncomfortable enough that I couldn't sleep at all during my red eye.
Pros: The fact that it wasn’t a full flight
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like.
Pros: Quick and easy boarding
Cons: Clean the cabin more diligently. There was a open unfinished cup of soda and cookie wrappers in my seat back compartment
Pros: The airplane looked old. There was no entertainment available on the flight from AMS to SVO, but definitely more leg room then the newer airplanes. No having entertainment available made it a very long flight.
Cons: No entertainment available.
Pros: Very helpful and professional crew, despite some pretty snarky passengers. Seemed to go out of their way to accommodate everyone.
Cons: Bigger seats would have been nice, but these were okay. Changing planes at JFK was tight due to late departure from Atlanta, but it worked out. Overall, no complaints and I would fly Delta again given the opportunity and choice. Thanks!
Pros: Free snacks!!!
Cons: It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me.
Pros: The crew was amazing. Kat and the other stewards were very friendly.
Cons: Maybe the option for free upgrade to first class if flight is not full??
Pros: All the attention bestowed upon me
Pros: Lots of leg room, smooth flights and plenty of notification of any upcoming turbulence. Delta did fantastic with keeping everything from check-in to landing friendly and professional. Will definitely fly again
Pros: Each employee on the plane was nice.
Pros: Lots of movies to choose from.
Cons: Delays out of MCI and late arrival, no hope for a decent seat on HNL leg, couldn't sit with husband, huge smelly seat mate, used up 10,000 miles on my account and paid higher price than current ticket price, middle seats, not happy
Pros: I am usually happy with Delta.
Cons: Huge smelly person invading my space. Disgusted by his hot sweat on my leg. Used up 10,000 miles and paid too much (watched the fare go down several hundred dollars) and ended up with a middle seat. Not happy.
Cons: If there could have been some sort of service at DTW to take customers to the gate of their connecting flight, for cases of really short time window of course, it’d be extremely helpful.
Pros: Crew were ok. Not that comfortable.
Cons: seat need to be more comfortable
Cons: Being on time
Pros: The flight was solid and they provided a consistent experience
Cons: Not applicable
Pros: Flight attendant's are awesome and they always try to make your flight better.
Cons: Itinerary was changed from the one that was booked. Flight was preponed by 2hours.
Cons: I got bumped from this flight a couple of hours before departing.
Cons: Not enough seating at the airport gate in KC. No coffee on the flight.
Pros: Staff are adept at dealing with these issues but it is a systemic problem.
Cons: Rather than pay luggage fees, people are bringing on their luggage and the flight ALWAYS runs out of space. Suitcases are being moved around right at people heads and more than once I've been hit and seen other people be hit in the head by a suitcase. Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues.
Pros: The staff where friendly and excellent to talk to. They boarded us quickly and kept us informed. The flight was smooth and comfortable. Great experience
Cons: Rude to passengers and then went to the back and loudly complained about other passengers. Very unprofessional.
Pros: The flight attendants were all helpful and pleasant. The seats were comfortable. We were provided with plenty of liquids.
Cons: The landing was pretty tough and we took off almost a half hour late.
Pros: On time, clean cabin, attentive and professional flight attendants, plenty of overhead storage.
Cons: Nothing. No complaints.
Cons: Food was terrible, for first class they need to up the standards
Pros: Everyone very friendly and courteous.
Cons: Snacks are very small quantity and often stale
Pros: Too crowded overhead storage got filled right away. Had to place my bag under seat. Could not extend my legs.
Pros: Rare, the flight wasn’t so full that everyone was uncomfortable. The flight attendant staff were friendly.
Pros: Not much
Cons: Late bumby ride
Pros: Staff were friendly and worked hard.
Cons: Seats were very basic and not as good as the low cost carrier I normally fly out of the UK. Very old and noisy aircraft. Seemed little control over how much hand luggage passengers were bringing onto the aircraft.
Pros: Nothing including the captain who was making the boarding announcements at MCI who talked to me like I was stupid
Cons: My flight was delayed almost two hours which caused problems for me arriving late to business appointments in New York. My flight areas also late 45 minutes leaving New York. In both cases it was due to a late airline attendant this is increadably unprofessional.
Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Seats too closely packed little leg room
Pros: I was on a 3 seat side at the window. I was lucky to get seatmates who were friendly and helpful. The crew was great, and very friendly.
Cons: I love that the flight was cold, but if you get easily, you might want a light jacket or blanket!
Pros: The fact that there were no delays!
Pros: Not the wor st comfort,
Cons: Cannot even request seats before booarding, as they try to get us to pay more. The anxiety over separate seating for couples is not worth it.
Pros: The plane was not very full and I was selected to move be from row 30 to row 16. All seats in that row were empty. That was very nice.
Pros: The friendliness of the staff and movie choices
Cons: Seat space
Cons: Two out of three flights were delayed, customers service of the flight operated by Delta airlines is a nightmare and on top of it 2hours and 40min delayed. No drinks, no snacks, nothing.
Pros: Boarding was easy. Wifi was available and we got some snacks. Paid extra to sit in roomier coach, was worth it.
Cons: Still pretty cramped, not the crews fault. Would've been better with the seat back screens
Pros: love to fly delta
Cons: don't like when they ask to check bags at gate
Pros: I appreciated the helpfulness of the crew.
Cons: On the flight to Kansas City we had movie screens which spoiled me and made me think we would have them on the way back to Atlanta.
Pros: Good uneven full flight
Pros: Nice smooth, quick flight
Pros: I had a great pilot on this flight. He always told us what was happening, why we had a wait on the tarmac in LGA, why he anticipated it might be a choppy flight, how to access in flight entertainment so we could be distracted. Gave us some trivia questions. Joked about Pokemon go, walked along the aisle talking to us. He was awesome!
Cons: Seats were uncomfortable. But what else is new?
Pros: Good frew
Cons: Large dog on flight. In the aisle. Seats very short.
Pros: The crew members are friendly and efficient in getting people on and taking off. Even with flights being full in all segments, it was smooth and fast to get people on and sit down.
Pros: Crew was very rude and did not follow actual baggage policies regarding a passenger’s batteries in their bag that fit just fine in the overhead.
Cons: Crew could maybe re-read policy and use their logic to apply it correctly.
Cons: No alcohol was available
Pros: Delicious pretzels and sparkling water.
Cons: Horrible at customer service and those travelers with no status.
Pros: Getting from one location to my destination. Making sure to keep us updated on why we would be late to final destination.
Cons: No Dr Pepper, WiFi wouldn’t work, no entertainment, snacks were okay, crowded.
Pros: The crew was polite and friendly.
Cons: Not canceling the flight with no reason given.
Pros: Good service and great customer service
Cons: App functionality
Pros: The ground crew is helpful in fixing our seats. Boarding procedures are smooth and overall journey is comfortable
Cons: the airline can provide more options for us to selecting seat at self help counter. Provide options for food. There are 2 vegan meals out of 3
Cons: Better snacks
Pros: The Crew was friendly and professional
Cons: More entertainment options and food
Cons: Two hour delay including 20 minutes to get flight data because on board computer not functioning. Usual knee in chest seats on commuter jet.
Cons: The wifi didn't work. No seatback everyone's screens, only a screen over there middle row of seats. Maybe update your 20 year old livery.
Pros: Help with check-in
Cons: More friendly staff on airplane
Pros: On time, kind crew
Cons: Bigger seats
Cons: Thank reserved seats at time of purchase for a British airways plane and paid for extra legroom. When I checked in, I was routed to American Airlines and the seats were the same in the entire aircraft except for first class. Why did I pay and shouldn’t I get a refund?
Pros: Early arrival and free upgrade!
Pros: Trip was wonderful.
Cons: My son and I had seats in different places and they asked him to move forward several rows because of weight and the seat beside him was empty so I asked if I could sit next to him and they said no without giving any explanation. That kind of upset me. Just a short explanation would be fine.
Pros: The flight attendants were able to find a place for my carry-on luggage when the overhead bins were filling up. I got a seat with extra leg room by chance (without having to pay the extra fees).
Cons: There are no snacks served on the flight. The Philadelphia Airport was overcrowded. There was hardly any room to navigate and there was a long line at nearly every women's bathroom.
Pros: I liked boarding first and the additional leg room that I purchased
Cons: My TSA Pre was not on my boarding pass even though I have had a KTN since this past May!!
Pros: The flight was on time and I was upgraded to First Class!
Cons: We booked our airline tickets at the same time and our seats were separate. This was the first time flying for my wife so she was very upset when we found out our seats were not together. We had to pay an extra $60 to have the seats moved to an exit seat.
Pros: On time. No delays. Smooth landing
Pros: Love seat space in aisle 8f. I remember that is a perfect seat for persons 6'3" or better. I got a chance to nap for about 1 hour, not normal for me. Very comfortable.
Cons: Everyone was really good
Pros: Taking the exit door makes a difference in having enough leg room. Everyone was nice an helpful.
Pros: On time, non stop
Cons: New higher prices for less service.
Pros: No complaints. A smooth flight. Met my expectations. Would fly American again.
Pros: Finish currently use were the most courteous and caring I ever was serviced by.
Cons: Not much to recall
Pros: The flight was equal to AA service I have had on a regular basis.
Pros: The speed of service
Cons: We had several rude flight attendants
Pros: The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh.
Cons: My original flight was cancelled and the first available flight was 3 days later. BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight.
Pros: Seat was slightly more comfortable than DELTA.
Cons: Families with infants/young children not allowed to board early. Flight was delayed by almost 3 hours and gate moved FOUR times while waiting for the delayed flight... That's a LOT of moving when you're hauling a cranky 1 year old around the airport long after we were supposed to already be at our destination. Desk attendants were abrupt, not friendly, and diamissive when I came up to ask for a stroller tag.
Pros: Seats were mildly more comfortable than DELTA seats.
Cons: Passengers with small children weren't offered to board early like with every other airline I've traveled with... Delta, spirit, united, etc. So I ended up being humiliated because we held up the line trying to get situated with the baby.
Pros: Courteous crew
Cons: The plane was tiny and old
Pros: Everything was on time and great.
Cons: Ever thing was fine.
Cons: I sat at tha airport for over 9 hours before my flight left. Very poor communication and customer service.
Cons: Flight was late. AA charged me for an exit row seat, but assigned me a non-emergency exit row window seat. Wi-if did not work.
Pros: Haven't left yet don't leave until today the flight was behind due to maintenance
Pros: On time. Friendly.
Pros: The estimated time for both my flight was over an hr, but we arrived in on my first flight at 45mins and my second flight 30mins.
Pros: On time
Cons: Dirty plane. DIFFICULTY hearing which baggage kiosk to use. Should have a board with postings
Cons: - The entertainment system was not working - needed few restarts - on many seats - Food - horrible - Air hostess dropped water on me - not a problem by itself as accidents do happen. However her comment was more annoying - no sorries - not apologies - just said - "oh it's just water - it is refreshing" - Seats pushback was almost broken - it would break your thumb to push the button and then almost stand to push the seat back. - This was transatlantic flight and you charge for liquor? It is not free - you have to purchase - They ran out of red wine (which was free) by the end of the first meal. Do you keep just one bottle for this big 777 fight. - Overall experience was horrible.
Pros: Our flight had a veteran who had received the Medal of Honor and the pilot and attendants took a moment to recognize him and it was sooo special and meaningful for American Airlines to take the time to thank this awesome individual!!! Thank you!!
Pros: Friendly service
Pros: No issues. The whole trip went well.
Cons: The little lady sitting next to me took my seat but it just let her have the window seat because she could not speak english
Cons: Lots of empty seats but was not available seat choice options when checking in
Pros: I like how they kept us updated on when the flight would leave
Cons: I didn't like that it took so long for us to actually get on the plane. My flight was supposed to leave around 4pm but it didn't actually leave till around 9pm so I had to sleep overnight when we landed in Dallas
Pros: Everything was smooth, even the getting through TSA process. I had minimal wait time.
Pros: The plane we new and amazing, loved all the extra features.
Cons: There was nothing that I did not like.
Cons: This was my 5th American flight in 3 days, four of which were significantly delayed. I was supposed to meet relatives for dinner; instead I got there at bed time
